My wife and I went to this Lazy Boy store and were treated very kindly by the entre sales team on our various visits. Javerierre, Eric and Jonathan were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient all while NOT being high pressure salespeople. We have just purchased two recliners and will be buying a sofa later this year. We highly recommend this company and location.

Jean Ayala did a great job helping us choose our new theater room love seat. He gave us options in exactly what we were looking for. It's real leather and comfortable. It's high quality materials. Few days for deliveries in my case which was fine with me since I had to get rid off my old furniture. Very satisfied customers. Thank you Mr. Ayala, Thank you, the delivery guys for doing such a wonderful job and Thank you La-Z-Boy.

We love the staff at this location. We have made two big purchases now and have been 100% pleased with all who we have worked with. Sandra, Joanna, Javierre and Bonnie have not only been super helpful they have been extremely patient with us as we have gone back and forth trying to decide on the perfect sectional for our space (first purchase) and our dining furniture (most recent purchase). We have made many visits to the store to look and sit and think…often with rambunctious children running amok and couch surfing and all the staff have been patient and kind every time we are there. Bonnie has been instrumental in helping design our space and provide us vision that has been helpful in turning our empty spaces into beautifully furnished rooms. Would definitely recommend this store.

The sales staff and manager were friendly and helpful. I didn't see a fabric and color in the recliner I liked, so they showed me fabric samples for a custom-made one. I even received a $200 discount. The check-out process was efficient and only had a few places to initial and sign. This was the second time I did business with the Altamonte Springs location, and both times were great!

I came into the store recently with my mother, husband and infant baby and worked with Joanna. After she warmly greeted us, I explained the situation: we were moving my mom into an assisted living facility and she needed a few pieces of furniture to get her new place started. My mom is not looking forward to this move, so she was providing quite a bit of resistance.

Joanna was so incredibly respectful, patient, kind and thoughtful with my mom. She sat and listened to what my mom was looking for and then offered suggestions on how she can help. It felt like a really good shopping/therapy session! We were in there for a while and decisions were slow to be made. Joanna never let any type of frustration or impatience show and my mom felt so comfortable taking her time and asking a lot of questions.

In the end, we purchased a recliner and a couch and my mom was very excited about both. She keeps talking about how excited she is for her recliner and she never thought she'd have something so nice. All thanks to Joanna.

Jonathan, our sales person, was helpful without ever pressuring us. He was knowledgeable and professional. The designer, Bonnie, helped us with fabric selection, actually stopping some other work she was doing to provide assistance. The buying experience was very positive.

My husband and I went to La-Z-Boy for new home furniture. Javier was extremely helpful helping us choose things and explaining options. Bonnie did an amazing job with layout. They were both very patient and had our best interest. Definitely our place to shop.

Donna and Bonnie went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Our experience was by far the best we have had in any furniture store. I would highly recommend shopping at LazyBoy, Altamonte Springs, especially if you can have the pleasure of dealing with Donna and Bonnie.

Javierre helped during my shopping experience at the Altamonte store. He was very patient and considerate. I looked at every last chair. He did not pressure me towards any particular chair. He helped look at my living room decor to help match with what furniture I already had. The manager also assisted and made sure I got a great deal. I would recommend this store to anyone. My new recliner looks beautiful in my home.

I went to buy a new recliner and she helped me select one that I really truly enjoy, and as well as help me select the materials from which it was made. She was a good listener, and she was able to help me narrow down the cough selection that I needed. Truly appreciate it.

Entire staff was professional, and again I must say it was fun and easy to do. These things can often be stressful.

Jonathan is an amazing sales person! Low key but extremely helpful. Rod, the store manager, did a mock up of our room which answered all our questions about our space! Made us feel so very comfortable. Will go back again for sure!

This review is for Sales Associate, Jonathan, at the Altamonte Springs store. We ordered furniture in July. Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive to any questions or issues, accommodating, and patient to a fault, even in the face of my frustration with delivery issues. He was prompt in responding to texts or emails, and always pleasant. We would use this store again, simply based upon the level of customer service that he provided, and highly recommend him. We so appreciated him. If you want great customer service, Jonathan is your guy!

Great service and value. Both Sandra and Bonnie, our sales associate and designer, were extremely knowledgeable of the merchandise. Their guidance made it easy to understand the Laz-Z-Boy brand and purchase options. We’re very satisfied with the entire process.

Donna and Bonnie are the dynamic duo! I had intended to go to a couple of furniture stores, but was so pleased with La-Z-Boy, it was not necessary. We had such a positive experience with both of them. The free in-home design services were great and Bonnie was sensitive to what I needed. Donna's knowledge and demonstration of the different choices of sectionals, styles and fabric complemented the design services. Both Donna and Bonnie gave me confidence we were making the right choices.

Eric and Jean did a great job of walking me through the process of deciding on a sofa and dresser. Eric showed me best value items and items that could be delivered quickly, which was important to me. He worked with me to get me what I wanted at the best price. Very happy with him as my sales advisor.

Eric A at Altamonte was a great salesman. He helped me "design" my new petite recliner. He had to spend extra time with me, which I appreciated. I surprised myself because it was my first visit to the store, and I never buy furniture pieces first visit. I believe it was a testament to him that I didn't feel pressured or needed to leave prematurely. Thank you, Eric.

My wife and I knew we wanted La Z Boy recliners and went to the Altamonte Springs, location after work on a Friday.
Now we live almost an hour away so we didn't get there until almost 7 in the evening.
We were met by a joyous, almost timid smile from an eager sales lady, Renee Jarrett.
Renee had an infectious, positive attitude and wanted to do nothing but help us pick our ultimate comfort in furniture.
She walked with us around the entire store as we thought to look at the other furniture in case we saw something we couldn't live without.
She was as helpful as she could be, especially once she knew that the price point was a big issue with us.
She diligently informed us of features and options while trying to keep us in our comfort zone.
She was a pro!
Later, we met with Eric Febres Alicea, now Renee had already filled him in on our need to stay within a particular budget so he came into the fray with, what I consider, a dedication to help us save money and dignity while working to get us the best recliners possible.
Needless to say, they were both champions for our effort and stayed well past closing time to get us happy, keep us happy and close the deal.
Oh, they were all smiles and molded themselves to our humor level and vernacular as well.
By the time we made our decision we knew these two people were there for us.
Yeah we understand they made their sales and that was their prime objective, but they made us feel that all of the time they put into us that night was for us, not them.
Yeah, that's a winning team right there.
Kudos to La Z Boy, Altamonte Springs, for getting these two on their team.
Two years ago we went to that same store and had a very different experience, so much so that we left without making a purchase and we had regretted it since.
It was so bad that we went to to another furniture store and bought sub-par furniture that we ended up hating.
The gentleman who we met that evening was gruff, not interested in our desires and wanted to just get us out of the store, even though we obviously loved the recliners we sat in.
Well, here we are two years later and buying those exact recliners.
We won't forgive that man for stealing two years of comfort from us and causing us to spend our money twice.
Now we wait for our recliners to be built and delivered!
I surely hope we enjoy them as much as we enjoyed Renee and Eric!
