Hudson's Furniture + Mattress

Received my 2 custom made recliners today. The leather is so soft and the recliners are very comfortable. The wait for the custom chairs was quite a while but worth it! I had the delivery and setup scheduled and was kept updated on times etc. Well organized.

We went into the Altamonte Springs showroom and Blake Appelhans was our salesman. Very great experience and very welcoming sales which you don't get these days. We've been shopping for a new dining set and have be very put off by the sales at other stores so this was definitely a breath of fresh air. We definitely will be purchasing more from this location in the future and referring our friends and family.

We had been to several of the more upscale furniture stores in the area. We were greeted by a lovely young woman, Latwoin, who I clicked with immediately. She offered to let us shop either escorted by her or independently. She made excellent suggestions, was extremely well informed and has a keen design sense. She assisted us with our selections, building the sofa of our dreams. Their design team will be stopping by our home to get a better sense of our style. Manager was also extremely pleasant and offered us beverages and a snack. I highly recommend Hudson's, especially Latwoin. This is our new furniture store, we will be returning and I highly recommend their services.

I went to Hudson’s seeking a high-end sleeper sofa. Wanted something better than the “metal bar across my back” sleepers that tortured me as a kid. I met with Jeff and he pointed me to the Luonto brand. Wow! These are next level! Easy to open/close and they feel great. I really like the modern look and colors. Make sure to get the easy close option, it’s a game changer. I visited while a rep from Luonto named Kristin was there. Jeff and Kristin answered all of my questions and pointed out features to look for in a qualify sleeper. I felt like a VIP! So much info and as a result I feel I made the right purchase for my needs. Can’t wait for my new furniture to arrive!

I had a negative experience with my last purchase. However, Pete, the regional manager, was very considerate to take the time to call me and offer to make it right. He arranged with one of the managers at the Altamonte Springs store for me to exchange the chair I bought. Latwoin, the manager, called me while I was on my way to store to let me know she was expecting me. She was courteous, very knowledgeable, and showed me all the options to customize my chair. Hudson's has always offered many options to customize the furniture that no other furniture company I know offers. I feel good because their quality in the customer service and furniture are what I have known Hudson's for. Mistakes happen but the company's respect towards the customer and efforts to make it right show the integrity of the company.

I special ordered a leather sectional from Hudson's. It took quite a bit longer to be delivered than I expected, but it was worth the wait. The couch is GORGEOUS and so comfortable. It is a multi-reclining sectional that doesn't look like the traditional bulky recliner. It's more modern and fits my space perfectly.

We have just moved to Orlando from Clearwater and have been longtime Hudson’s clients. We needed some furniture for our new home and went to our local store and met Latwoin who was very warm and helpful to us. We just completed our purchase and are very pleased with the quality of furniture and the whole sales experience. Highly recommend!!!

We were looking for a table to replace our old set in our kitchen. Ashley Pagels helped us out. Listened to our needs and helped us find what we were looking for in the store.

Had a great experience working with Buskorn at Hudson's Furniture. She was so helpful, but not pushy. I was so thrilled to find a store with high quality furniture. We just moved to Florida and I desperately needed bedroom furniture. I bought a set for the guest room at a different furniture store and now looking at what Hudson's has to offer, I deeply regret my purchase at the other store. However, I did purchase my master bedroom set at Hudson's and feel I got and excellent price especially for the quality. I will definitely be back there for any other furniture needs I have. Large selection too!

My wife and I were shopping for a recliner and stopped at Hudson’s for a Quick Look. We found a wonderful selection of furniture, friendly staff. We worked with Blake Appelhans. Blake asked our needs and we left with a quality piece of furniture at a great price. Give him a try if you need furniture.

Store Manager Kim and the Sales guy, Will, were awesome!!! Initially i had no intentions on going inside, they can be a bit pricy. They HOOKED ME UP!! Gave me a great deal on some really nice stuff!!

Our sales lady Brucorn was very knowledgeable and eager to please. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for new furniture.
I saw on other reviews where customers were offered snacks and beverages. I wasn’t offered anything. Perhaps this should be a standard practice and not for
a chosen few.
I will say, our Flexsteel furniture arrived today and we are pleased with the product and the delivery guys were great.

Ashley was awesome. I needed help with king mattress and head board. queen mattress and bases. She filled every question i had. I bought a $7200 mattress and im 100% satisfied
