Ily is the best! She works with her clients to make them beyond beautiful. Her professionalism and care will make you feel like a celebrity. She is prompt to return messages. Her method of connecting with clients online also streamlines the process and makes booking appointments east. She even gives you an online reminder. I have been with her for 10 years and every year I look better even though I am getting older. I tell her she is a magician. And she even has great snacks and drinks. Seriously, she is the hair world’s best kept secret. I would give her more than 5 starts if I could!

I highly recommend Ily. I have been coming to her for over 5 years for styling and highlights and she does an excellent job every time. Her attention to detail is great, prices are very fair, and she really takes her time to get great highlights. The salon is in an office building without a sign, but do not let that stop you from finding her, she is the absolute best!

Illy is amazing. She is the best stylist I have ever had, and my hair has never looked better. She is a true artist. I have always had a hard time explaining how I like my hair, but I don't have to with Illy. She knows exactly what is the best style for my facial features (round face). My color is amazing too. I wanted something bold that really brought out my eyes, and she customized a perfect red that really makes my blue eyes stand out and looks great with my fair skin. I couldn't be happier. Went out on a whim and decided to google Brazilian blowout stylist and Ily came up. I was a little skeptical at first considering I’ve never met her and I was solely going off google reviews. Her studio is so nice , it’s clean ; she’s very professional and did an amazing job on my Brazilian blowout. I’ll definitely be back to see her !:) my hair feels sooo soft , smells amazing and so smooth. Asked her for a nice bouncy blowout and she delivered. I’m so happy thank you ily

After 30 years, I finally got the hair cut and treatment I had always wanted at Hair and Flair by Ily. She did a beautiful brazillian blowout on my dry and curly hair and gave me a satisfying haircut. I can finally go out and let my hair down with pride and joy. She is also very generous with DIY tips to let my hair stays smooth and healthy longer. I will definitely return to Ily whenever I need my hair done by a professional.

This is my second time going to Ily and probably one of the many times I will go there. Every time I leave I can't believe how much I've changed for the better.
