Not enough employees, rude employees, personal information is not kept personal and not enough room in waiting area. Employees not speaking in a professional manner and not treating others like equals.

Can’t never get anyone on the phone, I’ve left several messages and nobody ever calls back. The people who work here are lazy and disrespectful, might as well fire them all and shut the whole place down. Can’t even talk to your case worker or anyone, it’s honestly pathetic.

The people that work here are nothing but monsters. They are going out of their way to cause harm to people in Moultrie that desperately need food stamps. Their behavior is beyond shameful.

New Review! After several months and several attempts our medicade cases are finally closed thanks to no help what so ever to our local office. Every time I went into the office seeking help with this issue I was met with rudeness. Like I was an inconvenience. The lady in the box spoke to me in a muttering tone and gritted teeth. There's no case workers in the building? I wasn't aware of that. Hang a sign,would have saved me a couple trips. I was under the impression that this was a service agency, a place for assistance when needed. Yeah right. I feel for those who have to deal with this office. Hopefully it's better in other counties.

The USDA and FNS need to shut the whole Georgia system down. I've been calling about my renewal to a supervisor K. Mayshack in which she had the nastiest attitude and instead of helping me she lowered my foodstamps for 5 people to 428 a month because she was tired I kept calling in, if anyone know what I can do please feel free to comment. I've already reached out to a news source whom will contact me today and it said I can obtain a free lawyer and file an appeal those are my next steps.

I called today and asked a question and the staff member was extremely rude and nasty.Whoever answered the phone today do not deserve this job or any job that serves the public.I would not talk to dog the way she addressed me.I got the impression if I was a caucasian her tone and chose of words would have been much different. I rate it a zero.I kept my composure but the next time I will not.

Ive been trying to get custody of my nephew for 8 months we were told we’d have him before Halloween! Here it is almost Christmas and we still don’t have him they’ve came up with so much out of the blue stuff like we need to drive to Georgia to get a drug test and woman has to come look in my attic or play with my dogs etc etc. They completely lie to you they avoid your text for weeks! They never keep their word! I hope and pray no one else ever has to go thru this they enjoy keeping children in the system and wanna act like they’re tryna help the child but they’re not! They take their dear sweet time and lie to you so much!

This is a terible experience. I need to talk to a live person not a recording. If you are open in the office as advertised you should be able to.pick up the phone. I answer my phone when someone calls so why are you in the office which says open if you can never answer your phone? Absolutely Disgusted

I have been up to that office several times to apply for medicaid for my children and as always it only applys for me for some reason can't get help from any one up there.. the people behind the counter are not helpful but hurtful and here we are on a year now of no help this is the worst... Place I have ever been to for assistance. And still no help no wonder such poor star ratings I no mow I'm not the only one... The struggle is real with this moultrie office

Been over 3 months and I cannot get in contact with anyone. I’ve called and left messages and nothing! absolutely ridiculous

Lazy people spoke with a woman today and she was responding with attitude like she was ready to hang up the phone . If you don't like your line of work then quit !

Worst-customer service ever they are closed on Monday they got told to put up a sign they said they have one and was proved wrong. Made people stand outside for over an hour and didn't care until I started knocking on windows

No benefits in 2 months. My account is active. All I get are excuses. Muscogee county isn't having any problems. Calhoun county is set. However, Colquitt County is slow and will avoid you at the cost of the parent risking everything for their children.

I've tried calling all day they don't ever answer the phone they want you to leave a message but their mailbox is full so what is somebody supposed to do if they need help? I'm really tired of all the automated messages and not getting any help

Wow! Where do I begin. Just don't get involved with them or put anyone else thur any interaction with these people. If you are so unfortunate to become involved with them pray a lot because they are going lie to you, trick you, abuse you and steal what they can including your children.
