Free museum. Donations welcome. Model railroad layout. Good variety of historical railroad artifacts. Gift shop had great prices. Very friendly lady at the desk. Right next to CSX double mainline south of the funnel and a block over from the observation area. They have their own observation area too.

I had my wedding at the Chamber of Commerce 10/19/2020 and my parents also re-newed their vows of 63 years, The ceremonies was on the front lawn Facing the tracks, it was beautiful. We are life long natives of Folkston, Ga. I am the Daughter of Solomon and Anna Mae Overstreet.
Thank you so much to the staff at the commerce and Folkston’s Mayor for their hospitality and participation on our double blessed day.

Would've liked to visit the museum...hours on Google said they were open on Sat from 10-3. We were here at 1130am and they were closed with no hours of operation posted and no phone number. Wouldve been nice to see it after the 3 hour drive to get here.
