McDonald's

I ordered through the app and pulled up in the drive-thru. Process was seamless from start to finish, line went swiftly and food was exactly what I ordered. This restaurant has it ON for Online/App ordering (unlike other local "burger" joints who argue with you when they claim to not see your $3 hamburger App order and refuse to give you food which you've prepaid for)

Jada was a delight she stopped what she was doing to ring my order up and had a friendly smile she made my mcdonald's visit worth every penny. The food wasn't all that good but she definitely improved my day with her customer service. I was also pretty upset seeing management mistreat her when she was only trying to provide excellent service, she was getting yelled at and mistreated. She deserves a raise for dealing with that!!!

The food was great but staff was not being at the cash register most of the time

Bacon, egg and cheese Mcgriddle, hashbrown and premium roast coffee, just what I need to get my morning going!!!

I visit this McDonald’s almost every weekend with my mother and they’ve been consistently doing a great job with their friendly service and hot food. They deserve some better reviews so that’s why I’m posting mine. It doesn’t need to go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!!!

They just hired an employee back he cleans the store and parking lot the best I have ever seen. I'm really glad he is back. Ms Donald's is a place for all your fat food needs. I love Ms Hannah and the morning manager with the pt cruiser. I haven't gotten her name but all the employees are very kind there. I will continue to go there.

Service was surprisingly fast. I went at about 10:45am today. Ordered the wrong drink size and she gave me the size I meant to order. The employees were on top of their game today on that shift and so friendly!

I had to repeat myself several times, in the drive thru, and they still did not get my order right. When I went to pay the cashier corrected my order. She was nice and polite. I had to wait for them to bring out my order, which was no big deal, but the lady that brought out my order was very rude. This location never gets your order correct and is rude most of the time. I would go to another location but they are the only McDonald's in my town.

Always slow but crowded. Excellent Big Macs though.

They should be embarrassed at there food and service because it's horrible. The food is either undercooked and cold or over cooked and the wrong order. There staff is rude.You never get the right order it just sucks!!!!!!! Our money is what keeps a business going they should put more thought and respect in there customers. It is the only McDonalds we have and I will never go back!!!!

Got breakfast, Bacon, Egg and cheese biscuit. It was good but they never put enough bacon that you can taste. Nice service though

They’ve gotten so much better. The food is always hot and the drive thru is pretty quick!

This McDonald's is the way they all should be. Very professional staff. Always kind and considerate. The food is fast and fresh. Great job guys..

Today I went for breakfast and it was very good . My family and I stoped going to this McDonald’s because the service was horrible and it was soooo slow. But now it is better I would recommend it.

It's a great place to eat and work. Unfortunately the eat in lobby is closed due to Covid. We're just serving through the drive thru.

For the first time in years, completely satisfied with this location! Service and food great. Actually, got our order right!
