The service (an oil change) was performed very expediently. The service technician was very polite. He called me by name. He made suggestions for maintenance to keep my engine healthy. Overall, my experience was great.

I use this location regularly and always receive great service and attention. But this morning it was exceptional. There was only one attendant there because others had not showed up for work. But this young man had a great attitude and serviced my vehicle efficiently. I was on my way in no time

What a great job they did on my car. Last time I got my oil changed at Walmart moultrie. Not only did they overcharge me But my engine started knocking after my service at Walmart. American, fast lube are more professional and they do the job, right!!! These guys were very professional, personable and patient. They confirmed they filled up my oil with my dipstick , I really don’t Walmart Filled my oil correctly, If they did it all . But now my car is running smooth again. I had to pay with two different cards and they were very very patient. They did a great job. Thanks guys!

Fast and professional service. Six other vehicle ahead of me in a two service bay building. Total time from wait till drive out, maybe 25 minutes. All encounter employees were professional and knowledgeable. This is only my 3rd visit, but I will continue to be a courteous customer of theirs for years to come.

The team did coolant exchange on my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder in record time with no problems at all. Very courteous service. Highly recommended.
