I am from Panama City and I was in Moultrie lastnight for a softball tournament. After the longest day on the field, I went to leave and my car wouldn’t start. I got a jump and got to Auto Zone 10 minutes before closing. It was just me and my 5 year old. April went above and beyond for me. My battery was hard to get to and she had to take off other things to get to it but she told me there was no way she was letting me drive 3 hours with my baby, with a bad battery. I am SO thankful for her and all of her help. I don’t know what we would have done without her lastnight. There still are good people in this world and April is absolutely one of them.

What a fantastic experience we had today. We are new in town and had car trouble this morning. We jumped it and got it running and ended up at AutoZone. Jerry, the store manager, came out to take a look. Not only did he diagnose the problem but also reached out to several stores to find a location that could offer the specific battery we had under warranty. We ended up getting buying a battery from AutoZone specifically because of the great customer service from Jerry. You got a customer for life.

I had a tail-light out, and Maurice helped me get the correct light and install it. I was in and out in no time.
