Publix Pharmacy at Parkway Centre

We are passing through, not locals to this area. I must say this store is spotless. Signage is well placed, had no trouble finding the items we needed. Cashier and bagger were super friendly and helpful. Well done Publix!

Not overly friendly would not recommend

There are so many negative experiences, it’s difficult to know where to start! Running out of life-sustaining medications for a special needs young adult should never happen, but it does! When kaitlyn is the one that gets your prescription, you can expect trouble and unfulfilled commitments. She’s immature, spiteful, and based on her behavior, doesn’t care about the needs of the people she is supposed to be serving. Inevitably, she will reap what she sows. People like her always do.

If they don’t have the prescriptions you need, they don’t contact you. There is absolutely no communication with customers. I ordered a refill for my mother and the app showed it in progress for a while then I checked back later and they removed it from being filled.

Said wait 30 /45 and come back. I waited 45 and came back. She said it would be an additional 45 mins. This is every time we go. I'm done with Publix pharmacy. Save your time and money, go anywhere else!

This place really needs a manager. They tell me to pick my medicine up then when I get there they say they have to order it. It’s not right how toy with people about their medicine

My review is for the pharmacy. Last month my husband dropped off prescriptions for my sister in the drive through. These prescriptions were for medications to treat depression and narcotic pain medications. They lost the prescriptions. I understand that their policy is to scan them as soon as they receive them, but this clearly wasnt done. The issue was brought up the morning of July 5th and its July 7th and there has been no resolution. In fact, they just began reviewing the video footage today, 2 full days later. How is it that when we take our prescriptions to the pharmacy, we have to adhere by strict guidelines; however, when the mistake is on their end, the corrective action is at their leisure. My sister could end up in the hospital without these medications and even informed them on Friday that she would take the last of her medication today, Sunday. They called to speak with my husband and he gave a description of the lady who took the prescriptions. They told my sister "There is only one person that could be and I'm sure it wasnt her." Really? Are we trying to cover up the mistake? Who will be held responsible? This pharmacy has become a liability for my sisters health, the prescribing physician and whoever got their hands on these medications. It seems the guidelines need to be enforced on the staff and management of this pharmacy.

Was told they never received my prescriptions. Then said they did. It’d take 40 minutes to fill it. Came back after 40 minutes and waited in drive thru for an additional 45 minutes. Had to go in and still not ready. Screw this place!

They don’t seem to know what they are doing and are not professional, they take forever to get the prescriptions ready and are not even friendly.

Not very friendly- felt I was being a bother as a customer just trying to pick up meds- I switched to another pharmacy and will never return
