Convenient Care Pharmacy

I have known and used this pharmacy for many years. I have found very good pricing for some meds and fair prices on other meds. I've heard people put down places for many reasons. But every one has the right to there opinions on any thing. This pharmacy has helped me and my family more times than I can count. From opening back up to fill meds after surgery coming from out of town to refilling a prescription that had been destroyed with car mashing bottle that fell out of the car and tire.mashed it . With profe of meds being destroyed and all that was able to pick up including original bottle and some other things I was able to pay for another prescription of meds to be filled. Prices go up and down not always due to pharmacy. Mood of workers have always been professional and nice. But if you have seen anyone not at the top of their game as far as moods go you need to evaluate yourself because everybody has bad days and their own life struggles. Maybe say something to help them have a better moment .

Best pharmacy ever. I can walk in with a prescription for my son and be walking out the door in 5 minutes. Mr. Greg is so kind as well as his staff.

The staff works with the insurance companies and doctors to get a customer’s medications to them as quickly as possible. They go above and beyond for their customers, and are friendly and caring while doing it.

Their policy is generally to overcharge on copays

They are super slow. Called in a med snd was told it was ready. Got to the drive through and sat for 30 minutes waiting because after the woman in front of us recieved her prescription they sat and talked until I finally had enough and stuck my head out the window and reminded them they weren't the only 2 people in the universe and then after that we still had to wait another 20 minutes because it wasn't ready.
Then on a different day they had a 12 year old boy looking up and giving out the prescription.

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and unreliable when it comes to facts or help. The woman that answered the pharmacy phone lied to me over the phone about prescription transfers and now I'm struggling getting my prescription where it is needed. I am shocked and so angry. Never use them.

Details: I ordered a transfer to my local Publix online a month ago, never went through. Did it again last night, nothing. I called the convenient care and the woman told me it has to be ordered by the new pharmacy I want. I said, "okay" and called Publix. They informed me that Convenient Care already sent out my prescription to a different city with the wrong birthday. I am furious.

The pharmacy is great ,but the clinic is so slow I've been sitting here for ever (2 hours) it's like they forgot me
