AT&T Store

Dominque encountered a difficult situation and worked hard to resolve problems associated with changing from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon fought letting me go. But my wife has been an AT&T customer for years and Verizon has poor coverage in my area. It took three hours, but she did it. Best AT&T employee in the world! Truly incredible!

There was only one sales clerk working. She was trying to handle several but still give undivided attention. I don't know how she was doing it all by herself. Another clerk arrived later. Y’all need to hire more employees. Our store clerk was Ms. Dominique who helped us the entire time. She did an excellent amazing job and was extra helpful.

Very friendly and very professional. Looking for the Note 22 Ultra but looking for a good deal. I have a Note 10+ that is almost like brand new, paid off and have been using AT&T First Responders deal for about 5 years now and I love their service and they're customer support. Ty Jones at Sam Nunn location was very cordial and did a great job helping purchase a new phone.

No comment. But I can tell one guys was eagerly in training. For him to have to ask questions, it took no time. Plus I didn't have to feel like less of an IT major by letting AT&T set me up. They asked if I'd like help l, as they noticed I was in Domino's gear; that I was on a mission. Regardless, that was my 1st experience as a post-pay customer. Highly enjoyable. Quality service.

Matthew was a great help. He did not not get frustrated with me at all. He explain the phone situation with me 5 or 6 time . He gave me the run down because i did not understand I'm so happy he gave me the right about information and didn't just give me whatever to make me feel good . He made me feel good about my phone and my phone bill . He made me feel appreciate that's why i love att. He put the customer first which was me . That's why i will keep going to this store . He made me want to stay with att forever . That's why i made the decision to upgrade my phone and do a trade in because of Matthew !!!!

Matthew did a FANTASTIC job!!! Zero wait! Total dedication to ensuring I understood my new iWATCH7 and conducted a through review of my account! Perry GA location was WAAAAAAY better than going to Warner Robins location if you value your time and are seeking a personalized customer experience.

I had an issue with my iPhone not being able to FaceTime on data as well as utilize the personal mobile hotspot. I went to another location and their customer service was trash! The lady at the other location told me to reset network settings and update my software, then she proceeded to tell me they’re not a tech store. I left that location with the same issue. I went to the Perry location; Jessie and Matt were so thorough and attentive to me and my phone issues. They went above and beyond and I’m so appreciative. Highly recommend this location! Definitely see Jessie and Matt!!!

Journey met me upon entrance into the store. He was most professional and patient. He was exceptional in his knowledge and very polite. Great to see in this era of diminished, impersonal customer service. Certainly a valuable asset to the AT&T family.

I went to a different AT&T store and did not receive my order and know body could tell me anything, so I went to AT&T in Perry and they were very nice, fixed my problems and had my order to me in 2 days. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly! Highly recommend this store!

Mr. Journey was incredibly friendly and helpful when we came in. We had lots of issues going through online support so we lots of questions and requests and he answered them promptly and even took time to help us understand everything we were seeing on the papers. I had a great experience I’m not from here I’m an over the road truck driver and my phone stopped charging I got an Uber to the store to nice girls switched out my phone Got me a new cover and a screen protector put it all together for me transferring my data I didn’t have to wait long they were nice and polite to everybody that came into the store at one of the best experiences I’ve had at AT&T
