Buckets Crawfish and Seafood

Amazing! Seafood Monica delicious! The Snow Crab was the BEST I've ever eaten! Oh, the Crawfish balls. I can't remember the name those were on point! It's definitely a favorite place to dine!

We went to New Orleans and were not too impressed by the food there. It was good but not what we expected(what LA is known for-spice and cajun). On the way back home, we decided to give this place a try and were MIND BLOWN! This was amazing! The food was delicious, flavorful, and spicy as requested! MacKenzie was our waitress and she was so patient and helped us pick something that would meet what we were wanting to try. We went with our family of 5(3 kids under the age of 9) plus us 2 parents. Hubby had the seafood platter with pull apart potatoes and I had the pound of boiled shrimp with the same side as him. Food was out in less than 10 minutes, hot and ready. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Will definitely be eating local instead of going to New Orleans! We spent $150 at New Orleans and it was not even seasoned the way LA is known for. When we asked the waitress she said some people don't like the spice so they only carry hot sauce- I'm sorry, what? And here at Buckets we spent less than half of that! Overall 10/10 experience! Will definitely make a stop again on our next trip to LA!

Not my first visit, but one of the best! Our server was amazing! The atmosphere is casual with bright lighting, plenty of seating and parking. The food comes out fast.
The shrimp & grits is super flavorful with grilled onions, bell pepper and perfectly poppin' shrimp - freaking delicious!
And those fresh shucked raw oysters and hush puppies are HUGE!
Paired with Landry's Blanc du Bois... c'est magnifique!

Who came up with the concept of a self serve sauce and coleslaw bar? At first it sounded very unappealing, but after my experience, I thought the system at Buckets was genius. My family and I walked in as a big group. Although the restaurant was buzzing with costumers, we were taken care of right away. The tall ceilings in the woody dining room made everything feel open and bright. Most of my table ordered fried food, and they enjoyed everything. I got myself a side caesar salad, which was pretty big, and some baked fish. The piece was small but well seasoned. I obviously paired my meal with one too many samples from the sauce and coleslaw bar. All the interesting sauce combos I tried were delicious. Whoever came up with their recipes took "made with love" to another level!
I'm sure that many of you are fed up with restaurants that forget your dips and sauces. Go to Buckets! They will not disappoint.

They have excellent food, service, and atmosphere! The fried oysters may be the best I’ve ever had! We look forward to trying more on the menu, but so far everything we’ve ordered was delicious.

I ate there last Thursday and food was very good..Good atmosphere and our waitress Missy was so kind and made sure i was taken care of..I will definitely be back...

The food was very good. My husband ordered the onion rings as a side. They were the normal bought frozen onion rings. I myself would make one suggestion. Make your own from scratch to match the exceptional quality of the rest of your menu. The pull apart potatoes were delicious. Loved the service and the meal.

Great time at company dinner, staff was very attentive and accommodating. Food was great, fried oysters and shrimp was my dinner choice -- fantastic. For the appetizer, you must, must order the crawfish stingers!!!!

Buckets is an awesome seafood restaurant in Pineville, LA just north of Alexandria. Atmosphere is the ’Ole Fishing Cabin’ type which really adds to the whole experience. Service was great, our waitress was Mackenzie (hope I spelled her name right!) and she was extremely good. The food was excellent, process moderate, service great.

The front person was kind of rude but our server was above magnificent. She needs a raise.
The food was as always amazing and you can’t beat the price. I love this place, minus the couple of employees that need some people skills.

Brand spanking new and super clean. It wasn’t overly crowded but I think they’ve only been open a few days. Staff was very attentive. It seemed that everyone wanted to be sure we were satisfied...and we were. The hush puppies are the best I’ve had in a super long time. We were told they’re homemade. Fried catfish was cooked perfectly. They do have other things on the menu (burger) if you don’t eat fish. Slaw bar has pickles, tartar sauce, onions and of course slaw. There is a bar is kind of to the back away from the dining area, which is good for us because we don’t drink and wouldn’t be comfortable in a bar atmosphere. We will definitely come again. Thumbs up guys!

I'm from Ohio and this place was amazing. We don't have anything like this in our area. I definitely recommend stopping by to get something to eat. The food was delicious and the price on everything was cheap. Also the employees was really nice. The place is very clean too.

Misty, was my server on 11/09/23. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and overall a great server. I would rate her personality and skill set in the role model category. She could be a server trainer.

Excellent food! My dad loved the raw oysters, and the etoufee was scrumptious! You get to dress your PoBoy the way you like it from the slaw bar. Prices are reasonable, compared to the quality of food. Great to have this in Pineville! Looking forward to their expanded menu!

The only problem was the waitress kept bringing us sweet tea and we were drinking unsweetened.
