Taco N' Madre

Can’t tell you how happy we were to finally find some authentic Mexican food down here! Moved to the area a year ago from Colorado and have been real pouty without some good street tacos. Thankfully, Chef Rico is doing it right!

Extremely satisfied with my lunch visit. Food was great but the service and atmosphere really made it a fantastic experience.

This was literally the BEST Mexican restaurant I’ve ever visited! The food was top notch and we received first class service from every employee. I cannot recommend Tacos ‘n’ Madre enough. Try the quesabirria tacos and the agua de piña—you won’t be disappointed!

Got the pastor torta to go. Very nice people. Got there just at closing. Google map hours where wrong. I edited the hours and then my food was ready. Torta is good flavorful and spicy. Definitely going to stop in before closing next time I'm on town.

Indie restaurant in Cairo GA. Great authentic food. Service spot on. No alcohol but still a great stop!

First time at new location. Nice and roomy. Very good service and enjoyed the platter of 4 types of enchiladas and the Playa Azul. Generous servings. Will go back for sure. Prices are reasonable too.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Service was quick and friendly. I had 2 fish tacos (Mexican style) and 1 grilled chicken taco (gringo style).

This is authentic Mexican food. From spices to service. I spend several a weeks every year in the interior of Mexico, and this is by far the closest to any restaurant in Taluca, Mexico City, Pueblo or Santiago I have had in the US.

Authentic Mexican food. It may not look like a whole lot from outside as the restaurant sits in a somewhat neglected shopping center. The interior decor, and more importantly the food, more than compensate. This is a rare gem in Cairo, GA. My favorite is the Torta! Give it a try!!

Delicious, very authentic Mexican dishes. The empanadas are among the best I have ever had. Be sure to try all the options on the salsa bar, especially the cactus. The sevice was friendly & efficient. My group of three were very happy & we will return.

The steak chimichanga was on point! Waitress had us laughing definitely a go back to spot.

Great tasting authentic mexican cooking. Service was really great from the jump, however it was rather empty. Since chips n salsa is a standard I take it very important to mention that they have an array of very good salsas on their salsa bar, and the chips were satisfactory. The food was very good, I ordered 3 tacos al pastor. I enjoyed my meal and service and for sure a place I will come to again if I find myself in Cairo.
