The code enforcement of so called Grady County is ridiculous. We are new to Grady Co and have been trying to have our deck approved for nearly a year now. Each time they come out they request something else be done to the deck. Its like they make up things as they go along. It should not be this hard to get your deck approved. Is this how you treat all new comers to Grady Co? We are SORRY we ever moved to this county!

A waste of time and effort to try to get a reasonable response. I tried to express the urgent need for a manned Solid Waste disposal site in the SE area of the county ( Meridian rd. and highways 93 & 319 ) With the closure of previous site, we now have to haul household garbage about 40 mi. round trip. Help us keep our roadways and waterways clean and un polluted.
Was told to hire a commercial trash company BUT don’t try to take the cost out of the 3 thousand dollars we pay in county tax for services
