I recently visited Cairo Medical Care for a wellness check and medical evaluation for my son, and our experience was exceptional. From scheduling to follow-up and everything in-between, we were met with professionalism as well as genuine kindness and concern. Every team member we encountered took time to ensure that our needs were well taken care of. Based on our experience with Heather, for whom I give my highest recommendation, I would trust Cairo Medical Care with any of my family's future health needs.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Cairo Medical Care. Their staff is consistently caring and professional - from the doctors and nurses all the way to the billing office and registration desk. Extra kudos to Carol, one of the office managers. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure that billing is handled appropriately, and does so with a smile and incredibly positive attitude. Truly a great team that makes you feel welcomed, important, and cared about!

I can NOT begin to say ENOUGH GOOD about the receptionists, administrative assistants, office manager, medical assistants, nurses, and of course, doctors. Personally I've dealt with Ferenchick, LeFranc, and Magloire, though I'm sure the other health care providers are just as wonderful. Dr LeFranc and Dr Ferenchick are incredible doctors and I can not say ENOUGH GREAT things about these fine doctors. However Dr. Magloire is not just GREAT for prenatal care, but I am fairly sure she is secretly wonder woman as she is not just a prenatal care provider, but is also THE BEST Pediatrician I have EVER had for my little ones. As a parent I feel Empowered and better educated every time I bring a child in. Her conversation reveals that she is equally as humble as she is wise and knowledgable. The atmosphere here at this clinic is welcoming and efficient. Count yourself blessed indeed if Cairo Medical is where you go for health care, I know I do!

My family happened to be referred to Dr. Jon Lynch for my husband's work physical. While there, Dr. J treated us like family from off the bat. He is a doctor that will LISTEN to your symptoms and issues, and not dismiss them. If he is unsure of something, he will tell you; but he will also do everything in his power to find out what your issue is. The staff is friendly, and the nurses are very thorough. I have actually changed my OBGYN to CMC. I highly recommend this team of doctors as they listen to the patient and not the equipment.

Every doctor on this team is fabulous. We have been patients of this practice since we moved to the area 16 years ago and the care is consistently wonderful. They listen; they think outside the box; they search for treatment options that fit real life rather than just assuming that the patient's life can be force fitted to a narrow band of treatment options. Thank you!!

Great attitudes and great service. They take time to get to know you and treat you like a person not a number. My family has used them for years.

My doctor, nurse and ultrasound tech were great. But the front desk could use a lesson in customer service. Not satisfied with the check in or check out receptionist. Attitudes and condescending way of of speaking to patients needs to stop.

Not too long after we started going here, my husband and I both received letters that we had been terminated from being treated by them. For non compliance.i would not recommend anyone else to seek medical needs from this establishment.

Patients care has taken a backseat to greed! Incompetence from the Doctors is unbelievable!! Nurses are great and for the most part the office help is good. It’s been several major issues that I’ve held my tongue for, but no longer!! Go anywhere but Cairo medical if you care about competent care!

I'm going to go old school to six years ago. I was pregnant with my first child and the people I was living with at the time recommended I see Dr. Jonathan Lynch for all of my OB needs. At the time I didn't know exactly who the father of my baby was, and Dr. J Lynch wanted to push his Christian beliefs on me. That's rude and a violation of my rights. He made me cry my whole pregnancy. Fast forward to my due date, it passes and he said if I was pregnant the following Monday, he would induce. I went into labor later that evening. I wasn't dilating as fast as he wanted, and told me that I would be having a cesarean later the next day. A few years later, I went to the ER at Grady to have a pilonidal cyst drained. After everything was said and done, I was being discharged. On my discharge papers, I was told to call CMC the following day to set up an appointment to remove the packing from where the cyst was drained. At the time I didn't have insurance, whatever lady I was on the phone with from CMC said because I didn't have insurance at the time that they would not see me, and to just go back to the emergency room and have them remove it, and then she proceeded to hang up on me like the rude woman she was. I have never been treated so rude by a doctor's office until I began dealing with CMC. I tell anyone who brings them up, avoid them like the plague. Especially if you dont have insurance and if you don't want someone's unsolicited religious beliefs shoved down your throat. You would be better off making the drive to thomasville where you will be treated with respect and as an equal.

I'm giving a 1 star review due to the fact that it wouldn't let me add a comment. I'd give it no stars otherwise. I just want to make anyone aware of that is thinking about undergoing surgery at the hands of Ronald Atwater. I will do everything that I can to get the word out. Atwater did surgery on my mother October 30, 2015. The surgery was supposed to be a routine gallbladder and hiatel hernia operation. She was told that her say would be 1 night max if any. Atwater preformed the surgery via lapropscoptic on 10-30-2015. On October 31, 2015, we received a disturbing call from ICU at Grady Co. Hospital in Cairo, Ga that my mother had Brent taken to ICU and place on ventilator. It all went straight down from there. After being taken off the vent, she suffered severe ICU Psychosis. It was horrible to say the least. Her ICU Psychosis was brought on by a mixture of high dose medication. She was kept pretty much doped up during this time. Things improved some and they put her in a room. The same night that she was put in room, the nurse overdosed her so that landed her back in ICU with ventilator. We watch as she sadly went in and out. A few weeks later, we realized something was wrong. She was yellow all over her stomach where her incision was. We patiently waited and waited so I researched the symptoms and found out that she possibly had a bile leak. I stayed with her a lot because most of the nurses despised my mother because she complained of pain. I was in the room with my mother one of the days when Atwater made his rounds. He came in, looked at her stomach, took a pair of scissors and cut my mother's healing incision open (without numbing or anything to ease the pain. Yellow bile started pouring out. Atwater promised my mother faithfully that he could fix the leak. He never admitted to his mistake but we found out at Emory in Atlanta at a later date that Atwater had cut a bile duct and her liver during surgery. Atwater then promised he could do laproscoptic and that he knew exactly where We waited all day and into night and he finally came out to tell us that he had no choice but to open her up, so he did. He ended up putting stint in but her condition got worse. She contacted C-diff and staff infection during this time. She was referred to another doctor to take the stint out. She went to a doctor in Thomasville that tried 2 different approaches at removing the stint. He was not successful. All this time, she had to wear a bag for drainage. VNA would Coke change it during her short stays at home between hospital stays. She was ten referred to Emory by her primary physician, Register, due to the fact that she tried on many occasions to contact Atwater and have her referred elsewhere but he never would get back in touch with her. That's when she made the wise decision to go to Emory to let them remove the stint and repair the damage. The doctor at Emory told her that he'd never seen such and the stint was one that was rarely used. The doctor at Emory ended up having to open her back. All the meanwhile she's being eat up with scar tissue. The surgery, after over a year, preformed at Emory was successful but the horror of it all is etched in my mother's memory forever. SO, please, please do not let Ronald Atwater touch you

Terrible experience at my first visit to Cairo Medical Care. The doctor I saw was Robyn Long she had a problem with me referring to her as Doctor Long instead of properly addressing my concern.
