I am truly grateful that I was able to get the covid19 test. It was free, drive thru style and the employees were very professional. Thank you!!!

I have had to call 4 times over the past 8 days to figure out why nobody has my test results from a week ago. The women answering the phone at the front desk know absolutely nothing and are of 0 help. I am very close to filing suit against this clinic. Horrible service. Let’s see how many more days until I hear back from the head nurse of this god awful clinic. I now know why people say American health care is a joke. This whole clinic needs to be cleaned out and re-staffed

The staff is plenty polite, but I have been sitting here for more than an hour waiting on a basic wic appointment to get a card. All they've done is take my ID.

The reason for the wait was that the one person working had a new born in the room and it was "taking longer than normal". On top of that, they send 2 people who were waiting away because they weren't gonna be able to get to them today.

What is the point of an appointment if they can't keep them? Absolutely unacceptable.

After being stood up twice with another facility for my kids appointments, I'm thankful for this facility seeing my boys last minute. However, I arrive and they said they can't take a child's height, weight, bp here. This is basic nurse skills. I was told they can give vaccines and etc, but not this. So, I was given a number to Columbus Health Dept. 🤔

Just got off the phone....inquiring about future vaccines through a partnering agency. The person who answered the phone is unaware of any of the questions that I needed.Get someone who can successfully answer the caller:s concern (s)instead of trying to be superwoman and don't know NOTHING!

Not a reliable place. Would not recommend for lab work. My lab work was not sent within the time frame given by my doctor (7 business days). This caused MAJOR issues with my medication. They did not take responsibility for this and would not make this right. If you need something done quick and done right, this is not the place to go!!!

This health department is useless. They refused to test or vaccinate me for Hepatitis A, after I ate from a food truck where two workers tested positive, in an location experiencing an outbreak. Over the phone, the employee said I wouldn’t have contracted it that way. Why, oh why, do these people have jobs?

They gave my son expired shots I don’t recommend going here EVER

One sometimes the lady in the front can be rude and snappy.. and they don’t get back to you in time for anything!…

The worst place ever
