My experience was pleasant and great from purchasing my item to the delivery drivers being kind & courteous. I really appreciate your service.

We had an excellent experience with the staff from the get go. The saleslady had great customer service skills. Greeted us with a smile, knew her merchandise. She guided us to the item we were looking for. We were told what day we would get the merchandise and took care of the paperwork. All the other staff in the store were great. The two gentlemen who delivered and set up our chairs were awesome. They kept us informed as to the time they would deliver the furniture. When they arrived, they were careful in unloading & setting up the chairs. It was a very pleasant experience. You can be very proud of the staff in Cauro, GA. Thank you.

The Customer Service reps and delivery team was very courteous , professional and friendly and the items I purchase was in great condition upon delivery. I felt the Positive vibes during the process, they explain everything going in detail. I will shop there in confidence and recommend others to do the same.They exceeded my expectations!! AND Did!!!

Great customer service when purchased item. EVERYONE was nice and friendly. Sales associate answered all questions promptly. Received a courtesy call from the manager explaining delivery was on its way on the day of delivery.. Item was delivered in a timely fashion. I'm enjoying my new riding lawnmower.

I'm sorry I'm terrible with remembering names, The sales guy, the Manger, Credit Manager and Delivery guys were awesome and caring. They really wanted to help me get what I wanted for the price I needed monthly and the delivery guys went above and beyond to get my refrigerator in the door at my house! There customer service was amazing!! Thank you all and may God continue to bless them for all they do to help people!! I will continue to do business there in the future!!

Everyone were so polite and generous, I didn't have to wait if anything they waited on me and that meant a lot. I was a little slow and they all told me to take my time.

Always nice people there. Payment due dates are permanent, I never make it hem on time due to my pay schedule. They report to credit bureaus so it has messed up my credit.
