Was very happy with my new color and hair cut David did a fantastic job enjoyed my visit today with David

I have been living in this area my entire life and with the exception of a couple of places that opened and closed I have never found a salon that I will visit exclusively until now. My husband has a head full of thick dark hair and before we met he'd shave his head because no one could cut it right. The first month of us dating he went and grew his hair out and after the 2nd month I took him for his 1st haircut from Nick and since that day he has not ever got his hair cut anywhere else. It's perfect every single time. I have recommended this place to my friends and family and the ones who have tried them are regulars as well (my cousin takes her two teenagers there and her son just loves the way David cuts his hair and her daughter will not see anyone but Nick). We know to make appointments in advance because they do have lots of regulars and with their talent and skill and wonderful personalities it's no wonder it can sometimes take a month to get in to see them. As for the price it's amazingly affordable and worth every penny. The atmosphere is friendly, classy but comfortable. They even have a small house dog that comes in every now and then to say hello and check out who is in the building then she sneaks off to her own little spot (unless someone invites her to sit on their lap which she loves) I strongly suggest these guys to anyone who likes to look their best and don't want to have to worry if it's gonna be the same every time. Can't wait till our one year old daughter is ready for her first hair cut because we will be honored to have her first one done there. LOVE THESE GUYS!!

Im a truck driver and was desperately looking for a place to cut my hair while passing through and on my reset. I was at a truck stop in Bunkie and the shop near by was booked out for the week and I didnt have the time to wait for that long. After google searching I stumbled upon this place. Praying and hoping they take walk-ins I chance it and drive over. Sure enough David (I believe that was his name I apologize for not remembering bud) told me he could squeeze me in for a 2pm. No hesitation. I said lets roll with it and I went and waited til then.

When it came to appointment time I went in and was greeted and asked how Id like my haircut. He offered a few ideas and I considered them and off to work he went. We had a great conversation throughout the process. Double checked with me to make sure progress was where I was expecting. Just an overall great experience. This place doesnt deserve 5 stars. It deserves 10. And I 10/10 will be coming back when I pass through town next time.

As great as the actual haircuts are, the service is even better. There's an air of family and comfort and they really go out of their way to make sure the customer feels at home.
