It's a post office, never had a problem mailing letters and buying stamps.

Love the staff always pleasant

The staff at the office is actually nice and helpful. NOW: the delivery is AWFUL!! Somebody, keeps either not leaving my boxes on the porch like I told them on the note’s section, sending them to my neighbor, or misplacing my Amazon packages over and over with me having to go to pick up the package witch it defeats the purpose of buying online. SO FRUSTRATING!

Hours suck

The mail carrier here just don't care about your package they drop off at wrong addresses and don't leave packages on a safe place and also they mark delivered where the package is not placed

Last known location of my package per tracking was Lyons Ga post Office. and I guess someone there decided they needed my package more than I did. Never got to me. Tracking 9361289700017972694390

I'm not sure if it's the post office or just a select few who work there but things need to be changed. If I was still a post master I would be ashamed of how this one is operating.
The mail lady for our route is actually able to decide if she wants to deliver packages or not. Meaning sometimes I'll receive them and most of the time I have to hunt them down. Our mail carrier also has a hard time getting mail in the right boxes. Half the time mail is spread out between several mail boxes in our neighborhood. I thought it was just me being targeted because of complaints I've sent to the post office but no. The entire neighborhood has been having the same issues.
The fun part is after all this and I have to go to the post office to find out where my mail is. I get the same answer Everytime "we can't give you your mail/package until 5-530 pm when the carrier comes back". So I'll say okay and ask what time they close and I'm told 5pm. How does that work. Come back the next day to hear the same thing. This place makes me want to work for a post office again just to fire them all myself. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselfs. Can't even get the core of your job done. Pathetic.

Has to be one of the worst ran post offices in America. Constantly mail is in the wrong box, or not where they say they placed it and the postmaster doesnt care when told about the issues.

Hard time getting mail. They have "lost" my new drivers license/5 ATM cards and the pin number letters/health ins payment/even the "junk" mail never gets here. Mail marked often with "incorrect address" or "no one home". Which is bogus as I am home all the time due to a handicap.

They can't do right been waiting on my package and still didn't get it. I'm start getting my delivered by someone eles.
