I love autozone. I went in today for a break light and I had the most helpful and nicest associate his name is Mr. Simeon. If you ever need parts for your car and good service head on over to see Mr Simeon.

I got to autozone,9/25/23, needing a new battery for a 2015 altima (plus another one for my aunt) and I don't know much about cars but Derick (I think that's his name) was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, informative and patient with me. I was having a really bad day with car trouble and he made it so much better. I'm a Navy Veteran and for him to literally go ABOVE & BEYOND to help me, was OUTSTANDING!! He's an absolute great guy, and the whole team was friendly and helpful as well

DJ was the best. Driving from Arizona to Ohio and had car problems on the highway. DJ got the parts I stopped fixed the truck and was back on the road in less than 1 hour. The manager Rickey was a pleasure to deal with.

Very nice store now compared to before my recent experience.

I had to do a return on a fuel filter, I wasn't given any problems and they completed the return for me.

Nice friendly service, sales associate was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for what we needed because they didn't have it in stock
