Rapides Urgent Care - Pineville

They were so helpful & got me in and out really fast with an eye injury! The pharmacy didn’t have the medication I was needing and Tina went out of her way calling around trying to help me get it filled and making sure I got what I needed! Super professional and kind. Definitely recommend!

This facility has improved so much in the last few years. They are great! My son is special needs, autistic level 3, which is the most severe. They are amazing with him, they are very patient and understanding. The doctors are great the nurses are awesome, the whole staff is kind and courteous. I love coming here because they do everything to make sure you children are okay. Highly recommend!

Fast, courteous care! Didn't have to wait a long time to see the Dr. Everyone was very nice too. I will be back!!

Great Urgent Care!
Dr. Ponthier was an amazing doctor and took his time examining me and explaining my diagnoses. He's also very nice and funny. Without him I would be in hurt city until my neurosurgeon appointment! Thanks to him and the whole staff!!

Excellent service, wonderful bedside manners, the doctor showed personal interest in my sickness and carried a low understanding tone and met every need comfortably. The receptionist was very kind and the nurse administering my shot antibiotics treated me like family.
Overall a true blessing from Lord. Thank you

And tin with a raging uti & was out with a quick shot & an rx in less than an hour. They take my champva insurance too, & a LOT of places DON’T anymore!

The staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They even stayed with us a bit after closing on a busy evening to care for my child, but at no time did we feel rushed.

They were quick and I quick. When you're feeling under the weather it's important that they are not making you sit in waiting for a long time and then are trying to get you well. This was my 2nd visit with them this year and both times they were good attention givers.
