O'Reilly Auto Parts

This store has a good stock of most of the parts you may need for the more popular makes and models of vehicles. If they don't have it, most times, it can be gotten the next day. I have always found the employees to be helpful and curtious.

My mom is mad at a guy there cause he wouldn't help install a battery. A lady that worked there stepped in and did it. But, she's mad at me too... so 5 stars it is.

Overpriced, one of the more expensive of the parts stores in Minden. Customer service is no where near close to the other stores, they won't go that extra mile for their customers like AutoZone and Napa. Half the employees are clueless so make sure you know who you are dealing with. There are only a couple I'll deal when I have to shop here. They hire anyone that can work a computer but half them know nothing about mechanics

I always receive great, friendly, knowledgeable service here. As a female, that is much appreciated.....since they are patient enough to answer any silly questions I may have. As a widow, I have to learn to work on my own things, so it's nice not to be judged by not knowing something, laughed at or just shrugged off.

Great experience every time I come to this location~ I came in today with My husband and Chris was able to quickly assist with a battery check and replacement just in time to beat the pouring rain :) Thank you, again!

Very speedy, friendly and knowledgeable. Travis had me fixed up in a jiffy Helped me decide on replacement headlight bulbs and installed them. In and out in under 15 minutes.

Great service. I needed a fuel filter for my secondary car, we called to have it ordered and it was in when they said it would be and it was the correct part!

I want to thank O’Reilly’s in Minden, La for their great customer service. My wife and I was traveling late at night when we lost power to our car due to the battery going bad and not charging. We were stranded on the side of the road. We called O’Reilly’s right at closing time and ask them could they stay open until we got there to buy a new battery. With the help of our friends we got to the store and the new battery was on the counter ready to go. Thanks O’Reilly’s for your great customer service.

The one in Minden is great. I needed a socket and wasn't sure of the size and they took the time to look up the part and told me the size I needed. That's how customer service is supposed to be!

Most likely they got it. I ordered up windshield wipers for my wife's car. And I wanted to have it but they installed it at half the price of what it would have been.

Love the staff! They are always quick to help, are very knowledgeable, and when you ask for something they don't tell you where it is, they go get it for you. Great customer service!

Caleb help me with my battery and this guy knows exactly what he's talking about. Actually came out in the rain and took his time to make sure that it was just my battery. I appreciate him a lot will defiantly buy more parts for all my vechiles here
