Just stop by to check out the Post Office. Very nice and still standing and looking good since it was build in 1959, Very nice people work here. Keep up the good work.

Very short wait

I had an unbelievable good experience . I stupidly put a package in the drop box to mail. Not thinking I wrote the tracking number on the package because I wouldn't be able to get it printed before work . I work 12 hour shifts without being able to leave during business hours. An employee offered to come pick up the shipping lalabel and take care of it for me.I have never known any business to go so far above and beyond for a customer . This lady was so kind and it meant more than you can imagine.

We(me and my kids)go into the Minden Post Office a few times every week and have for years now. The ladies that work that front desk are by far the nicest, most polite, well spoken ladies I run into in the whole town of Minden! Without a doubt! I will drive an extra 20 minutes to go to that post office vs the one near my home. That should say it all! It is always clean, it is always as quick as it can be. You can’t really ask for anything more from this post office. A++ hands down.

Fast and friendly.

Time is money for some people, I took time off my work day to come send my mail off. I waited till 8:45 when the post office is supposed to open at 8:30 and still wasn’t able to send my mail off because I had to get to work.

I put mail in my mailbox to be sent out and it wasn't picked up. 😡 Not the first time. Mail is not being picked up is making them arrive late, even when it's put in 10 days before due and it is local only takes 2 days
Need to do your job

We have difficult times every week if we have a pkg that won't go into the box. The mail person is always complaining if we leave a note on the box and she has to come inside to pick it up. They want hold pay but they don't want to work for it. If things keep on like they now they might work themselves right out of a job.

Had a package said it was delivered but was not. I is in possible to get someone one the phone. What is the deal??
