Hampton Inn Hernando

Feb 26th the hotel caught fire and we grabbed a few things and went on down thinking it was fine! 3 weeks later they said we could pick up our things. They have a crew there that the hotel hired to clean and instead of allowing us to get our things they were still boxing ours up when we arrived. We opened everything up in the parking lot and we found anything with any value was missing! Yes stolen! We live out of our hotels with our work and now I won’t bring anything with value now! The hotel is accommodating our stolen items but the hotel shouldn’t have to worry about a company doing this to them! Again hotel has been amazing but the ones who the company hired are nothing but a bunch of thieves! So I would find out who this company was and never use them!

I stayed here while attending and event nearby. It was a perfect stay! Clean rooms. Comfy beds and bedding. Super accommodating and friendly counter staff. Easy 5☆'s all the way around!

Very clean hotel, awesome staff. Celstin, one of the staff members, when above and beyond and helping me as I had an issue with the tires on my vehicle. He went above and beyond in making sure that our issue was taken care of going so far is to making sure he personally attended to the issues I had.
The night staff when we came in was very professional and friendly and offered us bottled water. The room was clean and quiet. We had a great sleep.
The next morning, as I said Celstin help us from the moment he found out about our issue, until it was complete.
Then Chad the day manager, suggested a fantastic place to eat nearby the Hampton.
Overall, this experience made us customers for life. I do not believe that I'll ever stay and another motel chain.

We traveled for our business we booked our room and was OK with the price.. As we arrived for chec in right off there was 2 ladies behind the desk one checked us in the other lady I believe had something to do with housekeeping... by the way they were talking about checking rooms.. I'm would never stand there and talk about no employee making fun of them that's a big complaint I have with those 2 ladies... and we had a housekeeper that would clean our room as we was staying there she was super sweet so very polite and was very hard working and very helpful... THE HOUSEKEEPER NAME WAS MELISSA... WAY TO GO SO VERY PROUD OF YOU KEEP UP THE HARD WORK... BLESS MELISSA ...

It was a clean hotel, nice rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast assortment. The front desk staff were all so nice & friendly. They have a nice refreshment/food store inside. I’d stay again when I’m the area.

Overall this is a great place to get a great nights rest. Staff was welcoming and professional. The whole site is quite clean with only a few maintenance items I noticed. Everything in the room worked as it should. Bed was comply although the pillows were way soft. I found myself balling one up for the head support I like. Looked like there’s a pool and breakfast for y’all that’s into that. Plenty of places close by to eat and shop.

Loved the stay,
BUT when quoted the rate and asked about the receptionist quoted a daily rate and made it seem like that was for the time we would be there.

Awesome place to stay. We have been working in area for about 6 months, of all motels we have stayed, this place is #1. Staff is excellent and helpful. I want to thank everyone, especially Paige and Sarah. I have watched them go above normal to help guest. Highly recommend this hotel. 👌

A very nice hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, with everything thing you need. Price could be a tad lower.

Nice hotel, have stayed here twice before and are long time Diamond members. This hotel lists 6 Tesla chargers but appears to have little or no interest in maintaining them for Tesla drivers. Will not keep other drivers from parking in these spots. Think carefully if you believe these spaces will be available for you if you really need them!

Had an excellent stay there. Breakfast was great as well. Rodney did a fantastic job with breakfast and he was friendly and nice. Greeted us when we came in and told us to have a great day when we left. Housekeeping did well too as we was pleased. Will be staying here again.

Great place to stay! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast is being served again. Just a word warning, we had to retrieve our own cups to make coffee/tea in the room as they are not placing in the rooms at this time. So take yours up from the dining area with you. Enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

Everything was great except for the guy that was at the front desk. I think he was new due to the fact that he couldn't get anything right with our room, or maybe it was because the phone was constantly ringing. We had to constantly swipe our cards and also got called back to the front desk. I had to have surgery the next morning and besides the trouble we had checking in, everything else was perfect. This is my home away from home... ❤❤

Great service great hotel very clean again overall it was a great hotel

The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. My wife and I were on our honeymoon for the stay, and the women who helped us made sure we felt welcome and were more than happy to lend us a bottle opener for our celebration.

Great stay! Loved the remote check in with phone key. Room, beds, and pillows clean and comfortable. I do prefer to have the room cleaned every day with new shampoo, etc, but I understand the restriction. Great to have a full hot breakfast with lots of choices! Thanks.

I'm very proud to have such a fine hotel in Hernando area. My family stayed there after their home had flooded and had to be repaired and they were extremely happy with the service and their room. I have also attended a meeting in the conference room and was pleased with the facility

We needed to stop between our long trips and this place was amazing. Got us in a room pretty fast that accepted our dog, cat, and 3 kids at a decent price. The room had two queen beds which was perfect for all of us to sleep on, and they even fed us breakfast before we hit the road again the next morning! Not just muffins and Bananas, but hot&fresh bacon, eggs, waffles, etc were available! Juices, milks, you name it and they had it to pick from-free! It was such a great sleep and a great way to wake up and get back on the road, also! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The hotel was very clean and nice. We had a little mishap with our room, but Nelda at the front desk was able to promptly move us to another room. We were just passing through, but it was very comfortable and served our purpose. Everyone was very nice and was greeted with smile.

We had a great stay! We were in a room with a king bed and pullout couch. Nice amount of space especially with a toddler. The comforter and bed were so comfortable! The breakfast was good. Lots of choices and the staff there were very kind. They kept things stocked and clean. The only complaint I have is we booked out a block of rooms two months ahead of time for a wedding but when we were checking in they said they wouldn't put us all in the same section. They put some of the group on the third floor and some spread out along the second floor. I do not understand how rooms reserved with credit cards cannot be blocked in a group next to one another. Despite this detail we enjoyed our stay and would recommend them.
