I am trying to get a mortgage and this is my first home. When I tell you it has been 4 months my credit has been ran twice and still have no closing date. Then there has been an issue which they should have known about for at least 30 days which I could have changed the loan type or looked at other options. I will never use TCB ever again will be closing my account out soon.

Just an update thanks to Charlene and Christy for their hard work but when I tell you this was not the process I was expecting. After talking with Charlene I understand what the issue was and is. I just wish I was better informed or educated myself enough to understand this process. Although I still fell like it should not have taken 4 months to get to this point and nothing said or done can change that.
