We dealt with Luke. We just bought a house that has a propane furnace with obvious after-market modifications, and we wanted the Franken-furnace inspected by a specialist before the cold weather hits, just to be sure it's safe and trustworthy. Luke didn't try to upsell or scare us into a replacement or anything shady like that. He thoroughly checked it out, and said the furnace was safe and would pass inspection. He was professional, honest, and he took the time to show us around our furnace so that we understand what we're dealing with. He even gave us some tips on where to find replacement parts when we need and how to do some maintenance ourselves. I really appreciated that.
The response time from the company was quick and the price was fair.

Perry was so helpful in getting what we needed. Giving us what we needed and not charging us an arm and a leg; there were cheaper bids but with this company no warranty is voided for doing work on my previous equipment. We highly reccommend this company.

Went in asked for and got app for estimate never called or any visit

Came out to fix clogged plumbing pipes and did even get the job do its like he pumped it out and charged me and my girlfriend $300 and then mentioned that there might be a second wash out witch he was told that but he didn't even try to work through that one and the city of ava says that its not there properly I wouldn't refer this company to do plumbing.

Didn't even receive a call back I would not recommend this company
