Amanda and her staff has helped me thru every issue I’ve had , most recently getting the pool cover pump I needed in a timely fashion due to the heavy rain in our area ,and mine had just died. Can't say enough good things about PSU and especially Amanda. As a new pool owner I have had a few issues along the way. I can always count on Amanda to be helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to my pool or my hot tub. This past weekend I had an issue with the pool and I messaged Amanda and she was kind enough to go to the shop and get me what I needed on her time so I was able to get everything running smoothly. PSU also has great prices on chemicals and the whole family is very knowledgeable, super friendly.

Knowledgeable and Friendly staff with the store layout being perfect. Free water testing to find out what your pool (and more) needs. I always walk out of the store knowing more about pool care and with the supplies I need. Around this area, this establishment is the best I have found.
They have everything that you could need, from just simple chlorine for your pool to even that pipe fitting that you thought Lowe's had but didn't and you had to "jury-rig" what you could find to make it work. Yeah, they have that one peice you need!

I discovered this gem of a pool shop 12 years ago when we moved to Polk county. We bought a house with a pool and the previous owner let it turn swamp green and refused to have it cleaned before we moved in. We tried numerous pool companies and nobody could clean our pool. Jim came out, took a look at our pool, and within 2 weeks it was crystal clear. Jim and his awesome team sell all the supplies you need to keep your pool up and running for the best prices you could ever find. They carry excellent quality made in the USA chlorine and some of the best pool robots manufactured in the world. Which brings me to today: After attempting to keep my pool clean manually and by myself for the last 12 years I have finally saved up enough money to purchase the Maytronics Dolphin m400. After years of research I knew I wanted that robot and once again Pool Supplies Unlimited had it for the best price anywhere in South or North Carolina. Now my pool looks like drinking water and I am not embarrassed to host people over for a pool party. Thank you very much Jim, you'll be seeing me soon.
