Update 2/25/24 I have to say I love that cashier!! We got the same cashier again!! Always so polite, and helpful, and gets the order right. The order also came up fast and the girl who. gave it to us was very polite as well. Everything tasted good and was great. We even had the chocolate cake. The price was very good for a group of 6 of us. They all worked efficiently and got food out and fast. That place was busy. Definitely come here and enjoy it.

The cashier who took our order was on point and got our order fast and efficiently. Was polite and helpful. the food came out fast and right. I have always loved KFC 🍗 this was a nice lunch after church today

We all love to go to kFC they have the best five dollars deals there for lunch or supper.And best of all I love there honey barbecue chicken wing.

This KFC has some of the best customer service I have ever seen! The managers Monica and Michelle are kind and respectful and will do anything they can to make sure your order is to your satisfaction! I will definitely keep going back there! Thank you so much!

The staff was amazing. It was like dining at a 5 star restaurant but it was fast food! Every single employee there was attentive, super nice, helpful, and respectful. The general manager was the kindest person and really needs to move up and go to other stores and teach them how to be more like her and her staff. The food was great and the store was clean. Amazing customer service! 10/10 for the cashier woman who went above and beyond to cater to an individual with difficulty communicating. Her uppity attitude and flexible demeanor makes the KFC experience worth every dollar.

Hadn't been to KFC in over a year because of the food. I decided to give them another try after they remodeled. My chicken was hot and cooked to perfection. The service was great. Love the new look of the KFC in Tarboro. I'll be back. Keep up the good work KFC of Tarboro

Excellent guest service!!! The GM is soooo refreshingly wonderful and courteous, very friendly and engaging and talks to her staff with respect and keeps the food coming hot and fresh. Very little wait time for hot food but it's worth the wait...

Had to wait for our food to be cooked. But of course we arrived close to closing time so I didn't have a problem with. Every employee was courteous and the store was very clean. 👍👍👍👍👍

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. But make sure if u want honey they give it to u cause they treat it like gold.

It was okay except it tasted liked it had been cooked for a while. Sides were fresh and delicious!

Miss Ricks in tarboro was absolutely amazing and probably the best as well as quickest service I've had at any restaurant. Definitely 5star experience at this KFC.

The manager is running a tight ship here - place spotless and food served in less than a minute, hot and fresh. And she was interviewing at the same time. I left in awe.
