Ribeyes Steakhouse- Tarboro

First off we arrived at 850pm. We drove 3 hours for a softball tournament so we were hungry, thirsty with limited options. We walked in to a VERY friendly staff! (They close at 10) The name of our waitress on our ticket is Mary. I was a little jaded from the trip and didn't catch her name. Let me say I'm willing to put her easily in the top 5 wait staff I've EVER encountered! Very sociable and engaging! I ordered the boneless pork chops which were cooked to perfection! (At least for me) They were cooked perfectly to temp, very juicy with seasoning that was tasty! I do A LOT of cooking at home and I couldn't have been happier if I cooked them myself! If I'm ever in the area again..... I'm totally going back! My wife had the salad bar which she loved. Sorry I didn't get any pics.

Grace was an awesome waitress. Grace keep up the good work and the sweet personality. Will be back soon.

Baked Potato Soup and Homemade Chicken Salad Sandwich lunch combo, Salmon Lunch Plate w/Baked Sweet Potato. They have an amazing Salad Bar!! DELICIOUS!! We will be returning, EXCELLENT wait staff!!

We attended a wedding rehearsal dinner. Dinner was paid for by the bride and groom. Any excess, we paid for it ourselves. I truly enjoyed my ribeye!!!

Excellent Tender Filet Steak - Very Nice and Fresh Salad Bar - Great Customer Service. Drove an hour to eat here and will be back. Highly Recommend !!!

Went this past Saturday night and it felt like home. All of our wait staff we above and beyond to serve us. We'll back soon!

The grilled Salmon was excellent and the curly dark haired young gentleman waiter was great.

This place brought back some good memories. The salad bar and grill chicken were delicious.

The steaks were excellent! I had the best wings ever, my wife and I met the owner Alan; he gave us some of the wing sauce to take home. Our waitress was super nice and sweet. We were on our anniversary date and they overheard us so they brought us some cheesecake! Super hospitable, clean restaurant to eat out. Ribeyes definitely overachieved our expectations!!

Delicious food and even better service! Our server was so nice, efficient, and accommodating. I really enjoyed the salad bar as well.

One of the few restaurants in Tarboro that isn't a chain. The food was great, especially the soup. The service was extremely friendly and efficient.

All I can say is Yum! Im from Philly and finding a good med-rare steak is tough. Come down here to NC and first place we try, we get a perfectly cooked steak. Waitress was great and pleasant to talk to. Will definitely be back.
