Absolutely best of the best!! The whole office is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Brown listens and genuinely cares about her patients. Rocky Mount is blessed to have Dr Brown and her staff!

I've only had an initial appointment with Dr. Brown, but based on my experience, I would recommend her practice for primary care.

As far as primary care physicians go, Dr. Brown was impressively attentive. I didn't feel the least bit rushed. Not only did she actively listen to my concerns and my family medical history, her wellness check-in was probably more thorough than my previous wellness exams. I got the sense that her goal is to make each and every person who comes into her practice feel heard and seen. It may sound a bit sappy in a public Google review, but hearing her response to a concern I raised brought a tiny lump to my throat. Primary care physicians see so many people. This is their job. With some doctors, you get the feeling you're just another patient in an exam room. With Dr. Brown, I really felt like I was a person with a history, with fears, with a story. I get the sense she finds purpose in what she does and views her work not just as a way to get a paycheck, but as her missional work.

For those who are uncomfortable with overt religious expression, this practice may not be an ideal fit. Almost all of the decor is faith-related.

I love Dr. Brown. I have never felt so comfortable with any other physician. She listens to her patients and she is very down to earth. Her staff is very nice, they actually hold conversation and get to know you as a person (not just a patient). I originally went to Dr. Brown as a referal, but after my first visit I decided to switch over to her for all of my care. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Me and my children have been with Dr Brown for years and even though I'm just going back after 2 years my have been with her for the last 6 years and they love her so much she is wonderful at keeping them healthy in every way physically and mentally

My daughter was referred to Dr Brown 3 years ago for panic attacks and depression. Dr Brown has been God sent! It took a while to get the right combo of meds but my daughter has not had a panic attack since. She is a loving, caring, doctor who listens. I never feel rushed when I am there and out of 3 years, only once, did I have a long wait. The staff is great, the doctor is great, the facility is very clean. We love Dr Brown!

After reading the other reviews I was afraid to go to my appointment! I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised . Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and helpful. I went in on time . I saw Sharon Mitchell. She was great, I felt I was finally gonna get the help I need. She ordered blood work that should have been done years ago that was not done by my doctors before. She might just save my organs!! Overall I would definitely recommend this office and doctor. Don't listen to the haters.

She good doctor and she really listen to her patients and see what she do help them .We love her like she one of family. I just want everyone know she great doctor so come and check her out trust me you won't regret it you would love her too. People work for her is good people too. They really nice and sweet

Dr. Brown has been seeing my four boys and myself for a while. She is the most down-to-earth physician in Rocky Mount. Not only has she helped my family with our mental help, but she has also been an ally when it comes to parenting. It takes a village to raise children and I am so blessed to say that she is part of our village. She is a community leader and advocate for mental health for Nash and Edgecombe county! This area needs more providers with her mindset and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Monique Brown for primary care as well as mental health services. She is the best!

Great staff with a SPECTACULAR leader! Dr. Brown, is more like family than our son's provider. She truly listens and cares about her patients. We're lucky to have her.

Dr. Brown is a Godsend. I have trusted her for years with the sibling of the one she sees now. She really listens and she also speaks her mind. I feel so sure I am in the right place especially when I see the Bible verses on the walls. I know the prayers I had were answered. I realise we may or may not have to tweak things but eventually we will get it right.

My son has been seeing Dr.Brown for several years due to being on the Autism Spectrum having ODD and ADHD among a few other diagnosis. He was diagnosed by a provider in Greenville NC. He was placed on a medication in which gave him a adverse reaction and landed him in an Inpatient Psych Facility for a month. Doctor Brown having to pick up the pieces from another doctors failure and she did just that. She is always willing to give a listening ear and truly engages in the problems that arise with his behavior and diagnosis. She is a true problem solver and strives to get down to the bottom of the concerns I have with my son. We honestly don’t know what we would do without her and her office.
