William's Mobile mechanic service

My 90 F-150 hadn’t ran since March of 2019- after a bad experience with another mechanic, I was fortunate enough to come into contact with William. His fast communication and his quick availability was great! He told me this morning, “It will be running when I leave” & it was! He was super nice, on time, knowledgeable and his prices were VERY reasonable! Even after all the trouble my truck gave him- he did not give up until it was running again. I highly recommend him and his business for anyone looking to have their vehicle worked on! I know for a fact I will be using his services again. Thank you, William!

I was traveling to Virginia from western NC on I-85 and had car trouble just north of Henderson, NC. I called the dealer about 40 miles away. They could not checkout my vehicle for several days even if I had it towed there. I googled for service in the area and found William. He was able to get to me in about 20 minutes. He came, diagnosed my vehicle, ordered parts and performed a major repair to my vehicle on the spot the next morning in the cold and rain. He is an excellent mechanic. Professional. Very Reasonable rates. I highly recommend William’s Mobile Mechanic!!

William was absolutely amazing a true professional and didn't rip me off at all said he was going to do it and did it I will be using him exclusively for all our car repairs going forward....

He was great fix the problem in 30 sec

If i could give him zero stars I would. We give this man $400 on Mon Dec 18 for him to purchase parts to return on tues Dec 19 to fix the vehicle. He has not returned to fix the vehicle nor return our $400. He has worked on our vehicles in the past is why my husband trusted him with giving him the money. He will not return any calls or text so our next step is to file charges in hopes to keep him from doing this to anyone else and we have been informed by someone close to him that he has done this to other people.

I set up an appointment for him to service my truck last week. No call, no show. I reached out the next day and didn't receive a response. A couple more days wait and still nothing. I'll try someone else.

We both agreed over the phone he would come work on my vehicle the next day , he never showed up , Called and texted him plenty of times no answer. Been a week now and still no response, This is the second time now he does the same thing.

After fixed and paid many times there are still a problem and he refuses to work on it. Need to find somebody else to work on it waste time and money.

Don't deal with this guy an I'll leave it at that...I paid for services and he never finished an he did the same to my brother
