Dr Tyler is an excellent communicator and goes above and beyond to provide complete care for her patients. PA Paul Lanfranchi is also highly competent and thorough. The staff are friendly and competent and wait times are minimal. The facility is well kept and well outfitted.

appt was at 2:15pm. Were seen at 2:15pm and shown to a patient room. Dr. Tyler came in soon after our arrival. Dr. Tyler was very attentive and showed empathy. Prior surgery was successful and we go back for a followup in 7 weeks. Staff was efficient and friendly. i recommend Dr. Tyler and staff.

I went in severe back pain and numbness in both legs. I was told to lower my A1C before I could get surgery so before my return appointment I worked hard with my endocrinologist to lower my A1C and achieved the goal so the pre op test was ordered and I day before I was to go to my return appointment Dr Tyler office called and canceled my appointment with an explanation that even the girl talking to me seemed to not fully understand. I've tried several times to schedule an appointment even after going to the ER for the pain and numbness in both legs and they will not schedule a visit. The only thing that's happened is I was sent to a pain clinic aka pill mill that just wants to prescribe narcotics as a patsy for the real problem that's not getting fixed. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life when all I want to do if get a solution so I can get back to an active life. I've heard Dr Tyler is suppose to be one of the best and she might be but it looks ad though I will never know and my life is now pain and numbness. The office there is terribly run and Dr Tyler nurse is an uncaring person and I feel has a personal problem with me because I stood up for myself in this process and called things what they were. I am currently seeking a Dr that is actually wanting to help people.

Office was not busy at all with patients. My appointment time was 2:15. Did not see doctor until 3:45. He was very abrupt and spent less than 5 minutes with me. He apologized for the long wait time due to technical issues but I heard him and the staff laughing and having a good time on many occasions while I was waiting over 1 and 1/2 hours in the room. I will never go there again!
