Everyone here's always very nice. A while back, I actually went inside to ask some questions, and they were very helpful. I asked several questions, and they were very pleasant to talk with. Also, if I've ever had a question about my line, they have always sent someone out in a timely manner.

It's not that bad when the people that swim in birds Mill are not peeing in the water we drink.

The water in Ada is clean, it's just hard due to it being spring water. The water passing through limestone may make it hard, but it also makes it clean, unlike a lot of lake fed supplies.
As for my experience with paying my utilities? It's bad. Plenty of times the woman at the window acts like they are doing me a favor by taking my money, and she is plenty annoyed by that favor.
I tried to pay with a card that matched the name on the bill, but since my first name wasn't what's on them, they sent me away and wasted my lunch. My ID did show I lived at the address I was trying to pay for, and had the same last name. I dont have that much trouble withdrawing money at the bank, much less trying to give it away.
Pay online and make them obsolete, as a favor.

I agree with others that they need to change their opening time. My business had no water this morning and I called from 7:30 to 7:45 and the recording said they were closed but on the website it said they were open. I had to leave a voicemail and it is 10:45 and I still have not received a call. No businesses in Arlington Center had water. It finally came on but I lost a lot of business. No explanation as to why we were without water.

This place is a JOKE! No one that answers the phone has a clue what they’re doing, they’re rude, and they charge late fees because their idiotic website glitches all the time and doesn’t receive payments that have clearly been made. Do better Ada Utilities.

This place is so unorganized. What a joke! I have been calling all day and no one will answer or call back. I will need to go there in person and deal with the attitude and bad service they present. Worst city management I have ever seen.

This place is so unorganized and ridiculous. Every month I pay my bill yet every month 2 weeks after I've paid my bill before the next bill gets issued they come and shut my water off. I have animals and kids. They don't even send a notice. This month I noticed it was off because I just went to take a shower. Last month it was in the middle of a load of laundry damn near broke my washer. The month before an employee parked on my lawn (very unprofessional) while I was letting my dog out to potty then proceeded to walk across my driveway as if I wasn't even outside still didn't say anything and when I asked why he said "dunno but address is on the clipboard" when I called to ask why the receptionist said the same thing she didn't know why and they sent someone same day to turn it back on. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional and if they weren't the only ones I know of for water distribution I'd never do business with them. They should be shut down

This review is for public works of Ada. Not the water part of the utility company. Today I called to have my trashed picked up as it was not picked up the day before. I called and the woman working the calls today was very rude. She said that the garbage collector wrote a note saying the trash was not out. It is literally not even 3 ft from my curb and remains in that location 7 days a week. I have no where else to put the trash can. When I asked it to be picked up anyways she proceeded to tell me that she would argue with the trash collector but he would most likely not come pick it up. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET. They also leave my van in the road when they do pick up my trash. So now my cab has no wheels from getting run over constantly. If you can get a different trash company then do it.

If you enjoy being on the phone for way too long just to be sent to voicemail, you are going to love Ada City Utilities. I am baffled by the lack of respect for other people's time as well as the unprofessional nature of this business.

Ada has the worst water I have ever had. I even got sick from it once. The city needs to do something about this. The water here has ruined several of my coffee pots and it messes up my shower heads, but mostly, I am worried about my little dog having to drink it. One dog was taken to the bet and was told it was sick bc of Ada water! I am moving away from here and am so relieved I won't be exposed to this anymore! It's despicable! The city should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to continue for so long! Ozarka will deliver to your door!

Worst run water department I have ever seen. I've lived many places and this one is by far the greediest and most underhanded.
