Comfort Inn & Suites Moore - Oklahoma City

The location is a bit weird to get to, but once you get there, it’s a great place to stay! Stephanie, the front desk clerk (no, not me) is the SWEETEST person! We go there every couple of weeks for a date night, and she is always professional, but extremely helpful & friendly. Most everyone we’ve met that works at this location have been very accommodating & helpful every time. The rooms are a good size, and they’re CLEAN when you get there. I had a bed bug situation at a hotel that’s right down the road… TWICE!!! So, to me, going to Comfort Inn & Suites- Moore, OK is obviously a no-brainer.

We had the wrong dates booked and the employee at the desk was very helpful at 3am. He got us rebooked and into a room quickly. He passed the issue on to the manager Stephanie in the morning. She took care of everything and was extremely helpful. Very good customer service. We will definitely stay again!

The service was very good- the lady at front was very kind and professional. Clean room. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we booked another just because we knew we could rely on a clean, professional, safe place.

*After leaving a second time, I am blown away by the friendliness of the employees and cleanliness of this place. Pool was awesome for our two kids. Great hotel!

Easy check in experience, great breakfast options, very sweet desk associates. They also gave us XL towels since the ones in our room were tiny.

Very nice hotel and hotel staff. Stephany at the front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel was really nice and she the pool was warm.

We stay here when visiting Oklahoma. It's located between OKC and Norman which is along the way and between my brother and father. The beds are comfortable, the complementary breakfast is good, and service is good too. I have 4 kids I travel with and the front desk workers have always been kind enough to get me the vacuum or handle any clean up when I ask. They even thank me for making them aware of messes and insist on handling certain ones themselves. Usually it is just dry food dropped on the floor but there was a time I took them the sofa cushions as we had a drink spill. They did not seem irritated with this or charge me extra.

The hotel appeared to be newer or recently remodeled and the rooms were very clean. The staff was professional and extremely friendly. You can tell they take time to know their guests and ensure you're beyond satisfied with your stay. I would highly recommend this location!!

We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious. The service was outstanding. All of the staff members at the hotel were so friendly. They kept guests informed about the horrible thunderstorm in the area and told us all to be careful. The front desk attendant even offered to bring guests’ cars under the covered entry during a torrential downpour. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, fresh feeling hotel with friendly staff and owner. Rooms have tall ceilings so they feel extra roomy. Easy access in and out. The blackout curtains work well and there is no road noise.

The breakfast is good with eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, muffins and a waffle machine. - June 2021

Rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable. Cleaning and linens every 3 days, don't forget to tip your housekeepers. Ownership/management and staff always helpful at any hour of the day. Plenty of food options in the area. Will stay again.

This hotel was recommended to me. And it did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were amazingly clean. Awesome amenities. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast in the morning was great. The beds are some of the comfiest things I’ve ever slept in. In fact I got up in the morning and ate breakfast and then went back and took another quick nap before checkout. Everything was flawless. I felt super safe. There is a ton of food options nearby. I will happily stay here again if I am ever in Oklahoma City. It blew my expectations out of the water.

Staff was very professional and caring. Rooms were clean. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars on rooms is because the beds were too hard for my taste.

Everything was good except breakfast. Sausage and eggs were not good but cereals,drinks, pastries and waffles were ok. Friendly staff but we did have a short wait to check in as there was only one clerk at the time. Room was large and comfortable with amenities. Would stay again if ever had the need.

We called in advance to check on availability 3-10-18. Susan was very professional and took my name and number and said she would call me back due to having people checking in. After calling a few others in Norman area she was able to meet my request for the room needed and made it very easy. The price was fair and the room was perfect.the kids enjoyed the pool even for it's smaller size. When we wnt to breakfast it was very well maintained. The staff is super friendly. If ever needed in this area again we will be back.

This place is amazing. Facilities are very clean and service is wonderful. We had my son and his friends there to celebrate his birthday and they let us us their breakfast room. . Room was large. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. From the moment we arrived, until we left, their staff was so wonderful.

The room was pretty and the bed was so comfortable! Very welcoming when you come in. The man who I do believe was the manager there was so sweet. During breakfast they had a wide range from cereal, biscuits with gravy, sausage, Greek yogurt, coffee, juice, milk etc. Would recommend.

Service was friendly. Our other reservation was cancelled by the hotel so I was scrambling to find something affordable yet quick. The only thing is our toilet seat wasn't screwed in so you could imagine sitting down and sliding off to the side unexpectedly LOL but it was spacious and quiet.

We went to Oklahoma to talk to VA representatives so we stayed the night to be there early. The comfort Inn & suites was great, clean, great people very friendly, the breakfast was mouth watering biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. We had a great time visiting.
