Candlewood Suites Oklahoma City South - Moore, an IHG Hotel

Love this place! The staff are wonderful and personable. Jamie is the manager and such a wonderful job. Everything is kept clean and tidy. The house keeping staff are the best. Truly the most enjoyable stay I've ever had. Pet friendly!

My family stayed at the Candlewood for a 2wks to prepare for my father's funeral. Dawn and the manager Jamie were so accommodating to us in that time. We had multiple rooms and even when one had an AC not working they gladly moved us to another room. The beds, bathroom and rooms were clean. I truly appreciate the kindness you showed to us, including they help Jamie provided when I told her my pregnant daughter had went back home and called me that she had dilated so I needed to hurry home.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
The rooms were clean and tidy.
And the stay was peaceful and quiet.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a breeze to check in with my dog. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is not far from many restaurants and shops.

Not too far from OU, good configuration of guest rooms. Really needed recliner because of my husband's back and some of their suites have them. Truly a life saver. Full size refrigerator and kitchenette was so helpful in gathering with friends. Staff was friendly. You should be ashamed to charge $3 for a little bottle of water though!

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. I have allergies which I mentioned when I checked in and as soon as I told them they made accommodations right away. Other hotels I have stayed at in the past tend to be rude when I discuss my feather allergy with them.

The rooms were clean and modern. Everything work well in the room as well as laundry, business and gym rooms. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much! I’m going to miss all of the wonderful people at the Candlewood Suites in Moore, OK!!!!

This was an amazing stay, the over night lady was absolutely wonderful. I was very pleased with the room, clean, nice kitchen, comfortable beds. I will make this my stay every time I come to Moore for business. The only thing that was a draw back was no breakfast, yet with the kitchen and dishes I can cook what ever I want.

During a road trip with my fiancé, our car broke down and stranded us in Oklahoma City for a week. We stayed at this hotel and could not have been happier with our experience. The hotel is new and very clean, our room was like a small apartment, and all of the staff members were friendly, understanding, and very helpful. I never leave reviews, but the people at this hotel deserve to be recognized as exceptional.

My wife and I attended the annual H.O.P.E. conference the year previous and Candlewood came highly recommended by many. We made reservations for this year, and we're NOT disappointed. Helpful staff, clean environment, ample parking. A completely problem-free, trouble-free experience. Candlewood Suites will be out go-to from now on.

I've stayed in a number of all-suite hotels -- Hawthorne, Wyndham, Studio 6, Extended Stay, etc.; I prefer suites to hotels when I have a choice -- but this was the first time I've stayed in a Candlewood facility, and this was by far the best experience I've had in any of them. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, fully equipped, the bed was just about perfect, too. The staff was friendly and professional, and it was an outstanding value. The only thing was a lack of a breakfast, which was due to COVID restrictions, from what I understand, so while inconvenient it was understandable. The Hawthorne used to be my favorite, but now it's second-best. Candlewood is the tops. .

I will admit, I was in a pinch when I scheduled my stay with Candlewood Suites. Everything in the area was booked and after my long 19 hour road trip from California for a family emergency, I took a chance. The reservation specialist expedited my request. Upon arrival, the staff made sure I received any discounts I might be authorized for and informed me of my accommodations. Although there was extensive remodeling (which had me worried) throughout the facilities, I found the location typical of a remodeling site, but when I opened the door to my room I was abundantly pleased! The are perfect for extended stay as well.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a few nights celebrating my birthday. Very comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Made my boyfriend and I feel like we were right at home. Only thing was the heater was kinda wonky and didn't make the room hot like I wanted but over all the stay was amazing and I had a nice time.

If you’re looking for an adorable, comfortable stop, this is it. Every two start hotel has its hang ups, but me and my dog were comfortable, our room was very big, and staff was more than helpful. Lots of amenities available and food in the lobby. I highly recommend this spot.

We have visited this place during our family shift to OKC OK on last week of December 2019. We have stayed 1 WEEK at this place. All rooms are equipped with kitchen and kitchenettes.
You can rent some additional kitchen stuff ( mixer and grinder, big pans, cooker) at front desk. But the kitchen equipment they provide is enough to cook for a family as we have brought INSTANT POT with us. This kitchen is huge help for us being with small kid. Staff is friendly. Good customer care and support. We feel lot of comfortable at this place.

Very helpful staff at front desk. The room I stayed in was very clean. It was more like an apartment than a hotel. It was completely furnished with a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Also the kitchen was fully supplied with dishes, silverware ect.. Comfy bed!

Amazing service from the time I walked into the door. My husky was welcomed with open arms. The hotel us beautifully remodeled and kept very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Came here for work, nice clean room quiet. The only bad thing was the police harassing us because we were smoking in our car instead of outside. The police keep driving through here looking for suspicious activities and they somehow think that a person who works over night up in the middle of the day and they will ask you if your on heroine. Other than that it's been great here outside of the cops making their quota in the parking lot. I'm not the only one they have done this too while I stayed here.
