Best Western Greentree Inn & Suites

Beautiful hotel and room! Gorgeous decor in lobby and seems much more expensive than what it was. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Indoor pool was perfect for the kids, no deeper than like 3'7". Breakfast was nice with the usual plus hot eggs and sausage and potatoes each morning. Location is right off the highway but a bit tricky at first figuring out exactly how to get on the right service road ha! Will definitely stay again

This is a no-frills hotel. I probably would’ve just given this four stars if it weren’t for the awesome staff. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful with anything or any questions we had.

I stayed four nights and had breakfast there each morning which was a huge plus.

Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. Everything was very clean and tidy.

I used the gym several times and each time I was the only one in there.

There is a pool, but no Jacuzzi, but the kids seem to really enjoy it

It’s not really a walkable neighborhood so you will need to have a car or Uber if you plan on going anywhere

The front desk staff was very kind and respectful throughout the entire stay. When an unwanted person entered the property (there was a domestic dispute between a guest and someone, the staff was fast responding to the incident and removed the person quickly. They then went to rooms surrounding the incident and made sure everyone was OK and explained what happened. The fact that they saw what was happening on the security cameras and responded as quickly as they did made me feel secure that the staff was dedicated to ensuring that all guests were safe and secure. It was no fault of the Hotel or it's staff that the incident occurred, but they took care of the situation very professionally. The cost for the room that I got was also a great deal, very nice, large clean room for a relatively low price. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Front desk was first class on our arrival. Gentleman running desk was just fantastic in dealing with public. We had a French Poodle we had only adopted 2 days ago and he was so happy to see a guest make the move to adopt an animal he was just really moved by our actions. It made our stay even more special and we look forward to our next trip to OKC.

Rooms ac worked amazing so much i almost froze to death but for my daughters fault not the hotel lol clean, spacious rooms everything except vending machines worked really great ! Great front desk service

This hotel has been my favorite by far. I love the night shift Crew that works there, they are always helpful and friendly to everyone. They always have really nice rooms for decent prices

I stayed here at this hotel on my wedding night and the two gentle man at the counter were very professional and warming. They made sure we were taken care of and made sure of our reservation. The rooms are nice.

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in OKC. I usually stay at my brother's home when I visit, but I had my parents with me this time and my dad needs a shower due to mobility issues.

They were very happy with their room, as was I. They were very clean and spacious. I did not get an opportunity to use the gym, but I did enjoy their breakfast every morning. It was great and always plenty available, as long as you arrived before 830am. 😅

Best Western branded hotels are always my preferred choice and this one did not disappoint.

The only issue I had, was some idiot decided to work on his car headlight outside of my window at 2am. The couple staying next door to me got pretty upset and politely asked them to move their car, but they did not. Sadly, hotel staff did not intervene, so we had to deal with it for about an hour. 😒

We were looking for a nice room at a reasonable budget and we definitely found it here. The rooms were very clean, the heat/ac worked very well and the bed was pretty good. The front desk service was great, very nice and efficient. We're happy to have found a good, reasonably priced hotel locally. I thought the highway noise may be an issue but once we were in our room, it wasn't a problem at all. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay here frequently & love the service, breakfast is fantastic, even comes with bacon occasionally which I absolutely LOVE! Always clean rooms - the only thing I would change is possibly upgrading windows to reduce sound in room closest to highway? Our favorite area is 2nd floor rear, facing away from highway - very quiet with easy stair access.

This place is very clean - in the rooms, the lobby and the hallways. Everyone we met that works there is friendly and helpful. All the essentials for a place to sleep while visiting the area.

I will say it is 5 stars for the price. It was almost as good as the Marriott hotels I am used to and for about half the price. I like the beds and pillows of the Marriott, but cannot complain about the good night's sleep we had at the Best Western.

For the reasonable price, this place was great: clean, updated rooms, nice pool, and good hot breakfast. Really appreciate enough towels in the room (didn't have to ask for more) and a powerful hair dryer. Those are the little things that kick the rating up to 5. And the young man at check in was so friendly and helpful. He made the whole stay start off on a great note.

One of my favorites. Clean 👍. Friendly workers. Breakfast. Only thing is housekeeping doesn't come by daily to freshen the room. But still love this place.

Stayed 4 nights, 2 different rooms & they were both clean. Clean bedsheets, comforters, floors, desk, fridge, microwave. Bathrooms were clean. Even though I had my own shampoo/conditioner, I still used theirs. Smelled good. Almost tropical. Forgot my hair blow dryer, so glad I found out they had one in closet for guests to use. I would recommend my friends & family to stay here if they need to stay in a hotel nearby. Didn't visit the pool since I didn't have a bathing suit. So I can't give a review of that. Breakfast was warm. Not packaged food. They do have packaged muffins. But they also serve scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy & cereal. Depends on which morning you are here. Had waffles the 1st morning I was here, but not the next morning. They served biscuits & gravy & cereal the next morning instead. Other motels/hotels are nearby, but I would rather stay here if I need to again in the future. Keep up the great work Best Western staff & I will keep returning if I need a place to stay the night in the future!

Spent an entire week at the Best Western. The staff was friendly and helpful. Going out of there way to help us. Gave great suggestions for a bakery to purchase a cake we needed for a party. We opted out for house keeping but easily were able to get new towels and floor mat.
The suite rooms are spacious with a small kitchen and a couch. The bed was a little hard for my taste but my mother stayed a couple doors down and loved the bed.
Loved the indoor heated pool. It was less then 4 ft but nice to float around. Just the fan in the pool area is very loud.
Overall great stay. Will book again when return to OKC.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The prices are very reasonable. The rooms are nice and clean and the indoor pool is great. The most memorable though is the staff accomodations we were shown by the night check in. His name starts with a B (can't remember how to spell it) but he was so cheerful, incredibly accomdating, kind and not just to us. I saw and heard him giving the other guest exceptional service. We've stayed here twice now and will return again. The day staff lady was also very nice as well.

I travel to Moore pretty frequently, and I love this hotel. It's always clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. They've got an indoor pool and comfy beds. It is convenient to OKC and Norman.

This place is great. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Anything I needed for the room they were more than happy to provide. They didn't even bat an eye when I asked for a bunch more bath towels, just grabbed them and wished me a nice nice. The breakfast was fabulous: biscuits and gravy, make-your-own waffles, toast, bagels, pastries, cereals, eggs, and sausage. Everything I tried tasted wonderful. Since I chose the hotel expressly for the included breakfast, I am very happy about that. The bed was comfy, the room had great air conditioning, and I slept very well. Really my only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was kind of low, and even that was forgiveable since I was still able to bathe easily. Overall this was a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay, highly recommend it.
