Our Nigerian dwarf goat was having complications giving birth. Made one phone call and they said “we will meet y’all there.” Excellent team! Performed an emergency c section to save both mom and baby. Very informative on how to properly take care of both within the next few weeks. They even called the day after to make sure mom and baby were okay. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing! We had an emergency with one of our goats and they got us in the next day as a new client. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. They talked us through everything they were doing and did the surgery with ease. 10/10 would recommend taking all your babies here! Also I feel as if there pricing is very fair!

Beautiful and clean facility. Both Drs I have worked with have been wonderful and very thorough with the PPE's.

We had a wonderful experience with Carolina Equine Hospital. Ashley at the front desk made the booking process over the phone simple and quick for a great first impression. When we arrived, the staff helped us get checked in and parked for our lameness exam, and we were seen directly on time. Dr. Lavie and his team were very professional and efficient. They did a great job explaining things as they worked and we were able to get an answer and a resolution plan in place for my mare. The facility was clean and classy. Although I needed to trailer in from another state, I will definitely use them for other similar issues with my horses!

Dr. Talbot and the team at Carolina Equine saw our potbelly pig (@hueytheham) for his annual check up. The service and care Huey received was the BEST. Huey was sedated and had his nail trim, tusk trim, rabies shot, and a few other matters attended to. In less than an hour, Huey had anesthesia, all his services performed and it was affordable. I really appreciate the extra time Dr. Talbot took to explain every part of the process, what to expect (pig sedation), and give us guidance and recommendations on how to best care for our pig. I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Equine Hospital and the entire team. They also provide care for our two horses. Thumbs up!! Thank you!

I have been with this group since before they left Reidsville Vet. That is a LONG time. They have always done their best and even saved one of mine and her foal that was a huge accomplishment. I will never change from Carolina Equine. Always there when I need them!

Carolina Equine Hospital has provided excellent care of our horses over the past several years. They are accessible 24/7, 365 days a week. The veterinarians are compassionate and knowledgeable about every aspect of my horses’ care. They take personal interest in each patient. The facility and support staff are second to none. I can’t possibly say enough good things about this practice. They saved my ponies life when she had colitis and a systemic reaction. She was expected to die that day and dr bias saved her life. She went to NC state , and came home safely. She also spent a night at Carolina equine. They also floated both of my mates teeth, did an amazing job. So gentle. They do blood draws and vaccines on all of mine. Today my mares eye was swollen so Dr Lavee came out and saw her. She reared up and tried to trample him, ran away , and would not be sedated. He remained calm and ended up treating her safely. She hates the vet. I absolutely love this practice, and I’ll use them forever. I also LOVE dr deets , she was so very gentle for vaccines and treats the horses with great respect.

Five stars for Dr. Talbot's care for our goats! An excellent doctor and diagnostician, he did a complicated surgery on our baby goat who is doing super great and loving life, and also helped us on short notice with one of our other goats who hasn't been himself lately (but on the mend). He clearly goes out of his way to help his clients and explain the situation and plans/options, and we are so grateful for such outstanding care for our small herd! Thank you!

I moved to Reidsville, NC in February and my horse, who was used to being kept at my own farm, has had a rough go of it. It's not the end of April yet and he's needed two vet visits. The first time I wasn't even there and it was all handled by the boarding barn. The second time I trailered him to the clinic, which was very nice, and I felt like he got better/easier care than in the dust at the barn. I would recommend Carolina Equine to anyone wanting veterinary care for their horse.

We just wanted to say that Dr. Dietz and Dr. Talbot are so wonderful, they have helped us so much with our Guernsey cow Noelle and her baby calf delivery and helping with her current problems associated with this. We can't say enough how thankful we are to have such wonderful caring veterinarians to work. I have been using Carolina Equine for 10 years and not only are they highly skilled and professional but they are so personable, excellent communication and just great people. From routine vaccinations to saving my beloved horse with bad colic ,they have been there. No question is to simple, no deed to small, they are gracious and knowledgeable. I've had some great experiences with CEH. Ashley and Joan are always so pleasant and welcoming on the phone. They are quick to get me answers to my questions and quick to get a doc to see my horses if needed. Dr. Wallace, Talbot, and Dietz have worked with my geldings recently and provided top notch care. I feel secure knowing they are right around the corner to take care of my four legged sons. I highly recommend Carolina Equine Hospital.

Each of the veterinarians at Carolina equine Hospital that have taken care of our horses are absolutely superb. They are caring knowledgeable professional people who take an interest in each animal and also are great at handling the human factor. I don't think I would ever want anyone else handling my mare, Jazz. Doctors Boyer, Wallace, Deets, Shepherd, Talbot, and all of the staff are the best.

I called Carolina Equine in an emergency. I was not a current client but they dispatched Dr. Moore quickly. She was sensitive and thoroughly professional and made us at ease with her recommendation. I highly recommend them.

I have had the opportunity to work with Dr Talbot on our first meeting to discuss my gelding lameness. He took xrays and sent suggestions and xrays to my farrier within 24 hours of his first visit. Dr Talbot offered to work with my farrier on my farriers next visit. 5 weeks later Dr Talbot and Dr Moore came to the barn. They met with my farrier, myself and my gelding 🤗It was a very productive discussion of corrective shoeing with repeated xrays. I am very happy to have Dr Talbot on “my side” of my geldings wellness today and years to come.
