So I’m just going to start off saying, I absolutely hate shopping for insurance (I have a clean driving record, I just hate making these calls). So because of Covid, I couldn’t pay a payment and then forgot to pay the next payment (with previous company) . So of course with a lapse the previous company wanted more than what I had to budget with. So I do an online insurance quote thing, hoping I wouldn’t have to talk to an agent. But of course I had too. I reluctantly answer the call, the agent introduces himself as Ryan. By the end of the phone call, he was able to find a policy that saved me almost $80 on my downpayment and almost $40 a month. This new policy has a higher bodily injury & property damage then the pervious company, we now have rental car. Overall I feel like Ryan did great, he answered all of my questions, very quickly sent all my insurance forms, helped with instructions for the app set up. This experience has been the easiest business transaction I have had with an insurance agent.

My experience was very positive. My agent was knowledgeable and showed me how to bundle car and home insurance and save. The home insurance was more affordable. The owner is cordial and the team is professional. I highly recommend Kyle Gray and the Farmer's team.
