Went to David to get help with issue in my suspension, partly caused by me. He found the issue and worked with me on price. The next day he had my car done first thing. Fast, professional, and reasonable on price I’ll definitely be going back to Whisnant’s again.

David is a skilled and experienced automotive technician. He has extensive Honda training and is very capable with many other makes as well. In addition David is honest and professional in his business dealings, having been a senior technician for the local award-winning service department of Forest City Honda, as well as a service manager for other makes. He has taken care of my BMW, Chevrolet, GMC, Mercedes, and several Honda models. It is rare to find such a knowledgeable and reputable auto technician, but David gets the job done.

Fair, honest and good rates with work done right. I know personally that David won't let you down, you can depend on him with all your mechanical needs.

I went and bought parts for my car for them to put on, and an oil change. Payed them cash upfront for the labor. Car was "done" a couple hours later and ready to be picked up. Started my car up as it was parked out front and noticed it was running very weird. COME TO FIND OUT, Jason (Whisnants employee) forgot to put even a drop of oil back in the motor after doing the oil change (that I paid for upfront!). So the sound I heard was my engine knocking because it was dry. If I hadn't of called them before I left picking up my car. My engine would have blew up no doubt. So luckily I had the issue fixed before any severe was done. THE NEXT DAY I went to the store and on my way home I started noticing my brakes were catching or skidding when I would try to slow down. I talked to Whisnant and was told I need to buy a whole new set of brakes and rotors for the front. and I literally had my brand new parts put on the day before. However, not till after me letting them know my issue, Then, was I told the parts I had we're questionable for working together with no issues. (Once you install parts on anything, the part is now used and cannot be returned) After talking to Whisnant himself, I was told he would install the new parts for free after I got them. So now I'm out of that money and have to buy new parts again. Which all could have been avoided and parts could have been returned if I was told they didn't know if they would cause problems or not. Just very misinformed and irritated because of not being informed before hand.
