Has been the best agent I have had to come In contact with. I literally did nothing when I totaled my car last Christmas. Thurman and his team made all the call and arrangements wasn’t rushed to do anything and they even got my money returned to me when I was charged by rental without my consent or even knowing they did. I have had State Farm, progressive, Farmers, and the little lizard one. Also the cheapest complete full auto and home insurance I’ve paid.

Thurman and his Allstate team are awesome! Everyone has always been very nice anytime I’ve reached out with a question. They were able to provide me great auto insurance at a much lower price than what I was paying before. Full coverage with great benefits. Locked my keys in my car a few weeks ago and after simply calling up to the office they had a company out to help in 30 minutes and I paid absolutely nothing. Thurman, is a great friend and all around great guy!

However, Thurman & ALL of his Staff are so knowledgeable & friendly & have treated me the Very Best of All the companies & agents !!
They have treated me like “one of the family” & constantly make suggestions to improve & tweak my coverages to ensure everything is covered & optimal for me !!
I don’t EVER want any other insurance Agent Group for the rest of my Life !!!!

I just started with Thurman Lynch/Allstate, but so far my experience has been top notch. I got a flyer in the mail, called and got what I needed same day. Plus I saved over $200 on my car insurance switching from years with Progressive! Why did I wait so long??? My advice, don't be afraid to get a comparison every other year or so.

Thurman and his team have been nothing but FANTASTIC to work with. When my commercial fleet policy was about to drop me with little notice, Thurman saved the day! Then he saved me over $1500/yr PLUS added a new vehicle on my personal policy. Always prompt, professional, and very attentive to detail and making sure I’m taken care of. A+++, 5 ⭐ awesome agency! Thurman lynch and his team are awesome. Any time i call i speak with chandler and he helps square away anything on my account and helps me get the most discounts and best price i can. During covid when i lost my job, they helped me out and made it so i could keep my insurance so i could continue to look for other employment. These guys really are just amazing people. 10 out of 10!!! Thurman and his team did an amazing job with helping me and my sister to find the right insurance for our vehicles and even bundled with renters. They actually listen to what you would like, and they do not try to force higher rates on you like other companies I had been with. Amazing, friendly service at great prices!
