We all fell in love with Oakhaven at first sight when touring venues for our daughter's wedding. It is the perfect property to accommodate an entire weekend of wedding festivities -- from the bridal luncheon to the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. The whole property, including the oak tree ceremony location was beyond beautiful. We used all the accommodations on site for the wedding party and out of town guests, which created more time to enjoy one another all weekend. The staff was so helpful and professional, yet felt like family taking care of us all weekend. We highly recommend Oakhaven and The Wedding Day Lady to handle your special day with care!!

Our daughter’s wedding this past weekend was absolutely PERFECT!! The staff at Oakhaven was very helpful, a delight to work with. The additional housing options allowed our wedding party to stay there the entire weekend and that was so convenient. The venue is gorgeous and we had a perfect weather day to showcase the beauty of the venue, our stunning bride and handsome groom! Our guests kept commenting on how nice the venue was! We highly recommend Oakhaven, the day could not have been any better! Can’t wait to see all the beautiful pictures!!

Of all the wedding decisions that we made, picking Oakhaven for our venue was the best decision of all. The property, the barn, the accommodations, and the incredible oak tree made for the perfect scenery for our October wedding. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful and serene this place felt. Jeanette and Gary were incredible to work with and made every step of the process from booking to the wedding day so simple and relaxed, which as a bride was such a huge relief! We’ll be reliving our perfect day over and over again and we could not have asked for a better wedding experience

Thank you Oakhaven Properties for being the perfect wedding venue! My wife and I must’ve toured over 25 venues across North Carolina and it wasn’t until we stepped foot into Oakhaven that we felt we were not making any compromises. When we went to the Oakhaven staff with our vision they gave us the freedom to execute it fully and we’re so grateful for all the vendors that made it all come together! Special thanks to Jeanette & Gary! They’re the best! They were incredibly accommodating throughout the wedding process, always making themselves available on the random days we wanted to stop by the venue to see something or show family around. In terms of value, I don’t think you can find a better venue across the Carolinas or Virginia. Trust us, we looked! For our wedding weekend we booked the manor house, the honeymoon cottage, the bungalow, and the cabin which allowed our bridal party of 18 along with our immediate families to stay on the property with us all weekend long, which was incredible. The venue also has a decor room which is included when you book the manor house which has tons of stuff to make decorating the space easy! I recently had the privilege of planning and coordinating a wedding at the Oakhaven Property this past weekend. Surprisingly, this was my first encounter working with them and their property is absolutely breathtaking!! Not only are the views outstanding, but their team and Janette made planning and coordinating a breeze. They were able to work with myself and the bride to help make the space as efficient as possible in the planning stages. Also, can we talk about their inventory of decorations that are available to use for your ceremony AND reception. This by far is worth every dime!! The possibilities truly are endless when it comes to styling your wedding. They also make clean up a breeze! And their team for helping on the day of, impeccable. There just aren't enough things I can say about Oakhaven. The people, the property, everything. Truly, it’s an experience. I am really looking forward to working with them again in the future!!

My cousin had her wedding here this past weekend and I cannot express how amazing everything was! From the venue (gorgeous), to the staff (Gary and Jeanette), to the vendors - everything was picture perfect for this multicultural affair (we brought in a bunch of Cubans and our Salsa music to this quiet little farm!). I would highly recommend this for any bride - near or far - as this is truly what Southern Hospitality is all about! Our families fell in love with OakHaven Properties at first arrival in January - by the August wedding it was even more beautiful with the green pastures, tree lines and manicured flower beds! We reserved the Barn plus the Manor and the Cabin - we were on-site for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception and the wedding party stayed 2 nights - every detail was attended to and the whole weekend was picture-perfect!

Oakhaven was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding day! Jeannette and her team were easily reachable, answered any and all of our questions, and made sure our big day ran smoothly. We stayed the weekend on property with our family and wedding party — which was a big plus and stress reliever — and utilized their on site decorations room as well. This venue was not only gorgeous, but included ample parking, friendly staff, tables, chairs, linens and more. Our family, guests and other vendors raved about Oakhaven, for good reason! We truly cannot thank them enough for making our wedding a dream come true. We highly recommend them to any other couple in search of their perfect venue.

Oakhaven was the absolute PERFECT venue! When we visited for the first time, we immediately knew that this was going to be the place we got married. Everyone was so friendly and answered our questions without hesitation. Communication from the venue was great and pricing was so reasonable (and included many things, such as tablecloth linens, that other venues do not)! There are so many wonderful options here for both the ceremony and reception. We chose to get married at the Oak tree and had our reception in the new barn! It was absolutely beautiful and no detail was left unnoticed by the team at Oakhaven. We rented the Manor House and the Honeymoon Cottage for the weekend, which was such a great decision, because it allowed our wedding party and parents to stay on site for the weekend. We loved everything about Oakhaven and would recommend it to everyone looking for a wedding venue. Once you visit here, you'll be certain that this is the place you should get married!

A farm converted to a quiet, quaint, expansive area for a full wedding party. Excellent reception hall, fireplace in "barn". Marvelous accommodations for full wedding party and a cottage for each set parents! Guests stay in Danville. Don't forget ponds for fishing 😉

BEAUTIFUL wedding venue! Really enjoyed the scenery and the beautiful barn. Even though the rain kept us from enjoying the ceremony outside, everything was moved into the barn and turned out beautifully. Loved this venue so much. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful!! A wonderful place for a wedding. The house is exquisite!! Joanna and Bob have everything down. Set up, during wedding, closing. Have several houses so was easy to keep bride and groom separate until the wedding. You MUST have your wedding here!!!

A gorgeous 1300 acre farm where +Princess Cut Movie was filmed. Justin was super easy to work with and the accommodations were comfortable and attractive. Oak Haven has everything to offer: spacious manor house, idyllic country setting, lakes and woods, pastureland and more.
