This is a really great business! I went in thinking I would have to drop off and come back but Brian fixes on the spot if it’s simple! Then I came back to buy a lawn mower and it works great too!

Called, explained what I needed. Was told he could better help if I took the time to bring it in for him to take a look. Made the trip to town and was completely fixed and ready to go within 20 minute's Only cost a third of what the dealer wanted..

These folks were fantastic. We came up to do a job in Bartlesville rom Tulsa and had a mechanical issue that stopped us in our tracks. Michelle and Jim delayed going to lunch for us for an hour. Told us to come by for service. Fixed our issue in 10 minutes which allowed us to get right back to work fast. They were so courteous and did the work for a more than fair price. Kudos to these great American mom amd pop business that keep us all rolling.

Jim has always done right by me with new parts or used parts. What ever I need he has it in stock and or will get it for me fast. I have no complaints.

At this point I think they just stole my lawnmower. I brought it in 2 months ago and have not been able to get any information about the status. When I dropped it off I was told they would look at it right away and give me an estimate. Still have not looked at it as far as I can tell and I'm not sure at this point if they ever will. Typical Bartlesville business.

Very displeased because they took away basically all the simple quarter machines and the lucky Larry's multi pick game and all the red ball bingo games some of us still like to play those
