The staff is always helpful and polite. They're always willing to help and answer any questions. I see some reviews say they were rude, but I have honestly never experienced that at this pharmacy. I've been using them for a long time without any issues.

Nice little pharmacy

quite literally the worst pharmacy. never can fill prescriptions in less than 3 hours and the lady with the braces is rude and unprofessional. if you don’t have a medication you notify the doctors office that called in the prescription or the patient. i work in healthcare and that’s how every other pharmacy works but this one clearly is ran by people with half a brain cell left.

If they tell you your medication will be ready in 25 to 30 minutes they really mean 2 to 3 hours. They told us they were never sent the script but when we called the doctors office they had sent it over days ago. Good luck ever getting your medication when it’s due. Absolute worst pharmacy ever! Extremely rude staff!!!

Don't really have to say much look at the reviews... unprofessional rude very unhappy group of people. Even my grandmother has problems here. Sucks driving to Ardmore but that's what we will do! Wish the owner would reach out he is the one that asked me to give them another try.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They have rude people working, will ask you to drive around the building 3 times and get behind everyone else. This is almost always the case every single time. And will also tell you your medicine will be ready 30 minutes to get there and circle the building. Reed pharmacy in Ardmore is so much better.

Will not ever use this pharmacy again the staff is the rudest I ever seen they take forever to fill your meds.they need to replace the staff they have I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to no one

They got faxed a script at 12 and said it would be a hour. Live a ways out of town and called about 1pm they said 10 more mins. So i drive to pick it up. It is now 1:25 pm and get told its gonna be another 30 mins... my girl friend has food poisoning. Like get it togather people. Do your job. Any pharmacy in ardmore when telling u a time they manage to always be on time. Im highly disappointed.

On 15 January I pick up my nephews prescription it was Martin Luther King day and all the state buildings were closed my nephew is on sooner care they said they couldn’t find his insurance in their system I asked them if they had called the state office they said yes they had and that they still couldn’t figure out why he didn’t have insurance so I paid for the prescription myself out of pocket after I left I got thinking how could they have called the state DHS when it was closed that day really irritated me. Then I went out of town with my little nephew ran out of the medicine three days before it was supposed to I kept track of every day that I gave him his medicine 8 AM and again at 8 PM since it was 12 hours apart when I called them on Wednesday to tell them they said that they had given us the right amount which seems silly to me since we ran out three days too soon what happened to the customer is always right all it was was an anabiotic for a 2 1/2-year-old baby what the heck do they think that I’m trying to rip them off three days of anabiotic and since he had been off of it for a few days it wouldn’t even be worth giving it to him now hi just wanted them to know the mistake that had been made . he started running fevers again last night which was Tuesday so I guess I will pay to check him back into the doctor and restart him on another anabiotic because of their in competence my nephew did not get to finish his anabiotic and so he became sick this frustrates me I will now be moving onto a New pharmacy .

Taking advantage of the demand for Covid tests. $40 for a single test. Paid $10 for the same test elsewhere.
