I had a great experience with Janzen GMC. I was searching for a new Yukon, and found out through the GMC website that the exact vehicle I wanted would be delivered to their lot soon. I worked with Jerome, and was able to put a deposit down on the vehicle before it arrived to claim it. Jerome was very good about keeping me up-to-date on the entire process before the vehicle arrived. The dealership gave me a very fair trade-in amount for my old vehicle. I will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Janzen GMC and Jerome was my salesperson and he was amazing. I live 2+ hours away from the dealer. They had a car I was interested in, I reached out and Jerome sent my videos of the vehicle, was upfront about everything, we were able to make a deal over text, and get things rolling. The day I was able to drive up to finish paper work, I looked at the car, drove and made sure it’s perfect. Honestly this was the smoothest car buying experience. I would do the drive again, and I’ve already told my friends who are car shopping to go look at what they have before going anywhere else.

Consistency is key and Janzen GMC is always consistent in service and how you work with your customers! The service crew is always exceptional and the staff in the department where you check out is fabulous too! We were even able to get assistance linking our other GMC vehicle (pickup) to our account for our 2022 Terrain. I believe her name was Caleb, or something similar. Other team members referred to her at the tech whiz!

Ron was fantastic. Cable was fantastic. They met my tall ask to have everything ready to sign when I walked in the door. The best auto buying experience I've had.

From the beginning Ron was extra helpful and always returned calls or text promptly. The Dealership gave me a very competitive trade in offer.

Was in a bind and Mark and the service department guys and technicians were very accommodating as usual, they went above and beyond to get me on the road and to OKC for a meeting.

Our salesman Jerome was awesome ! I inquired about the Sierra Denali thru Auto Trader and he contacted me right away. I had many questions and conversations and he answered them all promptly and professionally. A few minutes on the phone with him I decided if we were going to get a truck this was the place. Great buying experience. I traveled 300 miles to buy from Janzen. From the first cal through the delivery of the very there was excellent customer service and honesty! They also commincated throughout the entire process.

Brent was so easy to work with, as I was purchasing a new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali "sight unseen" off their web page. Process was actually easier than I have experienced in the last 45 years that I have purchased trucks. Brent keep me informed and answered all my questions. I bought a used truck from Janzen as an out of state buyer. Jerome and sales manager Clint treated us well and quickly addressed a mechanical concern we had with the truck. This is the fifth vehicle I’ve bought and by far the best interaction I’ve ever had with a sales staff, management, and finance department. They treated us like a neighbor even though we weren’t local. Definitely worth the drive even if you aren’t from Enid.
