Great service work!

Have spent well over $20,000 at this store and recommended it to family when they were looking for a clean burn heater. They bought the CB-3500 and we installed it per the instructions to a T prior to having the salesman out to fire it for the first time. The hotsy employee was very helpful, but could not get the heater to work even after several trips and attempts. Eventually they sent out a service technician who discovered the heater needed an oil regulator to function properly. Heater worked fine after it was installed. Instructions nor setup kit that was purchased with the heater mentions this at all. Was sent a bill for several hundred dollars after the fact to get the $11,000 heater to work for the first time. Was told back and forth several times that the bill would be waived but they kept sending it, so it was paid as this was not about the money for us. It was about being honest and up front of which this place was not. After this back and forth game that was played, I will no longer be recommending Hotsy of Enid to anyone.
