Although fast at setting appointments, I am docking two stars. We called them twice about the same problem and charged for both services but then never heard back from them after we put in an order for new fan blades. I ended up going to another company.
I still recommend the company as there have been more incredible experiences than not, but it has to be consistently excellent for me to give five stars.

I called over a month ago and left a voicemail, no returned call.... A couple weeks ago, my boyfriend saw a guy that worked here out and about and asked him about the no call returned. The guy said "you should have gotten a call back", took his name and number and we yet have still gotten a phone call. Poor customer service!

It was a waste of my time visiting with this place. I was highly looked down on as if I didn't belong in this place. I guess they judge people by appearance. I do not recommend this place .
