Dr. Genant is a great doctor! I loved my primary care physician back home and was nervous about going anywhere else. When I needed to get a skin cancer spot he checked, he did a quick biopsy and his nurse scheduled me to have it removed right away. He really took his time and listened. I definitely recommend him!

Docs are nice, but it takes a month to be seen, which is kind of ridiculous. Then I found it my physical therapy referral was never put in the system the day I had my PT appointment.

I tried reaching out to patient advocacy and the girl immediately became rude and defensive after I told her my doctor was being completely dismissive of my pain. I had to remind my doctor why I was at my appointment because my doctor wouldn't acknowledge why I was seeing her. When I called patient advocacy, the girl told me that my my doctor said the tech told her that I was pain free. I overheard the tech brief her just like every other appointment, and she never mentioned anything about me being "pain-free". I was there for pain? (I also became sick with a cold so she only focused on that, even though it wasn't the main reason for my appointment). So essentially my doctor completely spun around and lied to defend herself from patient advocacy. She's completely dismissive of me every single time I see her. Why even become a doctor if you literally don't care at all. And patient advocacy told me word for word, "I don't know I wasn't there." So then what's the point of patient advocacy if you can't tell them what happened during your appointment? Where do you get protection from as a patient? I was going to wait until I found a new doctor to write this review, however my care cannot get any worse than what it is now.
