Always a great experience and have used them for years. Understand you are setting out on a journey and if you do not have any experience with a RV you could be in for quite the learning experience if you expect everything to be perfect. These guys have a good fleet of newer RVs and have a good maintenance staff also

Everything was great! We had a wonderful experience with the staff as well as the Class C RV that we rented! We drove from Georgia to Oklahoma for our annual family vacation; although, we arrived late (due to traffic) our rental was all ready and waiting on us 😊 Thank you everyone for your patience and professionalism. We were first time RV drivers, we were shocked at how easy it was to drive the 32 foot RV we settled on. Randy was very helpful and fun, the check in and check out process was easy. The RV was in perfect shape and worked great. We had many models to choose from and unlike some RV rental places, it didn't make it obvious that you were renting it. (No cheesy picture of a dog in the window!) We loved the entire experience. We WILL be back!

Jamie was amazing. She took good care of us. We had never rented a camper trailer before. She walked me right through it. Our cleaning deposit was refunded on time. Everything was carried out according to what they said. I highly recommend this place for vacation rentals. We'll do it again for sure.

My husband and I were very happy with our rental experience with American Dream Vacations. We hadn't ever used a travel trailer for camping before and they took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know. They were very relaxed and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. The trailer that they recommended was in excellent condition and was the perfect size for our family of four. We left this experience happy and ready to rent again for any future camping trips.

I very much enjoyed my experience with American Dream Vacations. I rented a 30 camper for Rocklahoma and it worked perfect. The staff was very helpful in making my reservation, arranging pick-up and drop-off times, and they thoroughly explained the operation of the camper. They even fixed my trailer hitch for me when the ball needed to be flipped over. I highly recommend American Dream Vacations!

We’ve rented from them twice! Both times were great experiences. The first time we rented a C-class and the second time a trailer. It was nice not to have to pay for the milage with the trailer. The kids said it was, “The Best Vacation Ever!”

We had a PERFECT vacation with a perfect RV from American Dream Vacations OKC on Shields!!! This was the first time I've ever rented and RV, but we'll definitely rent again. Randy and the team were amazing. They answered every question we had very patiently and ensured we understood what we were getting into before we put down a deposit. They have an incredible option for military renters as well...much better than either of the other two rental locations in OKC.

When we picked up the RV, it was clean, full of gas and propane, and ready to go!! The orientation was perfect!! He gave us an extremely thorough checklist that answered every question I could think of and a bunch that I didn't even know to ask. We had the checklist with us the entire trip too so I didn't have to try to memorize everything he said. There wasn't a single issue on the 12 day trip that wasn't covered in the checklist, but there was a phone number we could call at anytime if we had issues.

The RV worked perfectly every day of the 12 day trip too. I have friends that could tell you horror stories, but this was an awesome RV (#419 if you want to reserve it). There were 6 of us...my wife and me plus 4 kids (16, 14, 12, and 10). The RV was big enough that they could retreat to their private space or we could all be together. There was also TONS of storage and 5 TVs that had DVD players as well. Everyone was happy...and I don't think we've ever had that experience on a family vacation. The RV drove perfectly and we put over 3,400 miles on it through Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone, and the Colorado Rockies.

When we turned it in, the process was just as smooth as when we check it out. They did a thorough walk around, but I didn't have a single issue and the deposit was returned promptly.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this experience!! We have a unforgettable life-time memories thanks to American Dream Vacations!!!

We rented an RV from American Dream Vacations in April. We found their service absolutely outstanding. We picked up the RV in Oklahoma and dropped it off in Houston as they were the only RV company that accommodated this. Randy (the owner) ran us into town to purchase a GPS and also offered to drive us back to the hotel we were staying at. We had a minor scrape which they repaired under our estimate. These guys were very professional and extremely helpful. We fully recommend dealing with American Dream Vacations.

The Staff went way above to help us rent the perfect RV for our weekend campout. They were very professional and friendly. The unit was clean and ready when we showed up Friday morning.

After reading these reviews one must realize that though some people have had a bad experience, this place is busy with most of the units out almost every day in the summer - that is hundreds of customers that keep coming back and they usually do not come back here to post a good review. People with a bad experience are motivated to do so. No - I do not work for them and they have no idea I am posting this.

I have been an RV renter for 15+ years - can never seem to get away enough to warrant ever buying one. I have been treated terribly by other firms before, but never here in OKC. It is true that they may rent some older RV's (and some newer ones too) but they are well maintained and even though you occasionally may have an issue, they have done their best to fix it quickly and have always offered me some compensation if it impacted my vacation. What else could they do? They do routine inspection and follow a maintenance schedule but beyond that you cant tell the future.

I have rented from them 8 times so far and have been satisfied. I once accidentally tore an awning and had to pay for it - but that was only fair to the owner and the next renter. They only charged for the repair and no extra penalty and it was done for the same price anyone else who owned an RV would pay for the same repair.

If you only want newer equipment you will have to plan ahead, find the exact unit you want (I believe many of them are consignment) and reserve that one. If you go late, of course the better ones will have been rented already. To avoid disasters, never make the success of your vacation dependent on a generator, tire or engine. Always have a backup plan...go to the mountains in summer and you may not need A/C at night, be ready to divert to a state park and plug in if needed or - if you have to go to the desert in August, and it is very very important, bring your own generator if it is that important. $4000 is way cheaper than a whole RV and you have it for years to come if you need at at home for an emergency. A flat tire can be fixed quickly, most other electrical and plumbing issues can be temporarily repaired on the spot. This would be no different from owning your own unit - no matter how well you maintain it the unexpected happens. The alternative is much higher costs for only newer units from other firms. Compare prices and decide for yourself what is more important. There is a market online for newer vehicles for lease by owners but the service availability varies so be sure to get a newer unit if you do this. Gas mileage expectations are posted on the internet and vary based on whether or not you travel with full tanks, drive 75 vs. 60, have a headwind or are going up a mountain.

ADV rentals have been almost flawless for me and on the two occasions when we had minor problems, they were fast to fix things and have never left us stranded. You need to know what to expect from renting an RV and they provide everything one should expect. I does not get better than this.

We have rented Caisitas from the Base the past few years. As their rates have risen and availability is way too limited we looked else where and stumbled upon this great litle spot. We were a bit leary, maybe skeptical but we were all more than thrilled with our first experience renting a trailer here. We have already reserved another date. The campers are really nice and the price is fair, we paid the same for a tiny pull along at the Base. The customer service feature was outstanding, all the gentlemen we spoke with on the phone or in person were so kind, patient, knowledgeable about the products and options, and wonderfully helpful. They showed us around and allowed us to see other trailers we might choose in the future. There was lots of helpful information that came with the rental, a whole notebook of items to check if you had any issue. The trailer was so nice, the kids thought they were at a hotel! Loved the experience and can't wait to go again!

Most definitely the best beginner experience I've ever had pick up was a breeze the equipment was very nice they even loaned me a adapter jack showed me how t6 use everything then drop off was easy good friendly people would definitely recommend and will use again.

We rented a 27ft camper from ADV. The staff here were very friendly, easy to work with. Will rent from here again. Good service. Whole family had a great time, thanks.

We rented an RV for several days and it was a fantastic experience! Clean, ready when it was supposed to be, staff was knowledgeable, HUGE selection, etc...All around good experience. Will definitely rent from them again. Thank you!

31 foot jayco class c worked perfect from okc to Destin. 16hrs one-way, the 5 and 9 yr old kids loved it! Amazing because no “are we there yet?” AC was cool, plenty of room. Back up camera and lane-changing camera was handy. Once parked, slide-outs worked well, comfy 4-night stay. Randy and his crew got us set up right!

We rented an RV for the 4th of July for our family. The RV was beautiful, well maintained and everything we needed..the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire process was simple and efficient! We will definitely be back!

This was our first time renting an RV from American dream vacations and to be honest it was An amazing experience from the time that we got there to the time that I dropped off the RV both the receptionist that helped at the beginning to the owner of the Location where so helpful. Like i seed it was our first time but not our last.

These folks were super friendly and very easy to work with. We actually broke a piece on the step to the trailer and they were very understanding and did not charge me for the repair. I will definitely use them again!

Quick and easy pick up and return. We had a great time at White Sands in the Motorhome we rented!
