Great job helping me get my water heater leak remediation taken care of and doing a carpet cleaning on my high traffic/soiled areas! The employees were very knowledgeable and quick to respond! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Universal. I called around to get quotes and Universal was the best price. All members of their staff were very responsive and professional. I especially appreciate Matt’s fair quote and ability to answer all of my questions. Ricardo did a great job with the carpet cleaning. Both men were very kind, prompt, and went out of their way to cater to my requests. Use Universal when you need your carpets cleaned. You will not regret it!!!

The carpet isn’t dry yet so we haven’t been on it but it looks like Luis did an excellent job. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Good job!

Geraldo and coworker did a great job on our carpets and tile! They explained the process and all the steps required to reaccomplish an A-1 rating. I asked a lot of questions and got answers to all of them! Louis even showed up to make sure that I was satisfied.

Absolute pros! The best part was the communication during the job. I received multiple updates from the time our service provider left their shop. To the moment they were done with our job. My parents were in their house for 45 years. Universal has it ready for the next family.

Ricardo and Geraldo sent a text with a picture of Ricardo about 5 minutes before arriving. Nice touch! They were very professional and listened and answered My questions while they explained the cleaning process. Ricardo also gave me some tips and told me of other cleaning services that Universal has available. They made my windows and tile floors shine tool I will be recommending the Universal Teaml to my family and friends!

They communicated professionally from my first call to saying goodbye after they cleaned our carpet. They discovered pet urine stains that I was unaware of and quickly estimated the pet stain treatment service to complete with the original carpet cleaning estimate…which they did both. Smells and looks 200% better! They did what and when they said they would do…highly recommend them.
