So she recommended me to a better option. I could not be more happy with the car store. They are very understanding on issues and find anyway they can to fix it and make you happy. Such excellent customer service. I have had nothing but great experience with them! They put me in a dependable car, which was a must since I work in the city but live in a different town. Great payments, always are professional, and I have had issues with my car it was no problem for them to handle it. I did have to make an appointment but they were great, and I couldn't be happier with them! I also won a TV 2014! I have a few payments left and couldn't be happier with how The Car Store has treated me! It's true they are small enough to really care and treat you right!

I have been leasing through the car store for a couple years now. I wasn't able to get car from several of their competitors because my credit was horrific, but they took a chance on me even helped with my down payment so I can get insurance. My car note a month is affordable, I've never missed a payment and I am only two months from being paid off. I have had a wonderful experience with them and when I am in need of a new car I am definitely coming back to the ones who knew I wouldn't let them down. Now I'm about to have car paid off, my credit score has gone up tremendously, and I have a way to get back and forth to work each day!
Plus, they gave a 200 incentive if the lease bring in a new lease holder. I was able to and I hope before my account is done I will be able to receive that as well. If it is an option still.

Here is the truth about the Car Store. I have been dealing with the car store going on 5 years. We're on are 4 car from there. They have always been great to me. I can call and it's first name basis. They have always treated me and my family great. I sent my sister and now she is on her second car with them. In the past they have not had what I was looking for, they ask me what do you want, and a week later I get a call. Guess what they went out and found it for me. Yes they will kill your car if you don't make the payments, but that not there fault it's yours, and yes it has happen to me, more then once. All I'm saying if you need a good car, and don't have the credit to go somewhere else. These guys are the best out there. I have the credit now, but I still go there. I just bought my wife her 2 car from them, and I'll keep coming back. PS: car store I'm needing a nice 4x4 truck.
